Every beach I must have dole whip and this place is now my go to for Destin. First it taste just like Disney, second they one upped the enjoying of dole whip pineapple to have strawberry flavor but even better you can have a swirl. Needless to say ive been visiting daily and my child refuses to share her cup. If you are a pineapple fan this is the place to visit. Also they do sell everything else from donuts, gelato, coffee but I've only tried the dole whip and love it so much I can't be distracted. read more

We arrived in Florida yesterday... excited to do our routine, we settled in. Our first night we enjoyed dinner at a local place then headed to Cups and Cones for Gelato. MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! But this time they had flavors such as blood orange, butter pecan, lemon and birthday cake. Well my favorite in gelato is Chocolate, so needless to say I was hesitant to choose. Seeing a large tub of sample spoons NEXT TO THE GELATO CASE, I asked if I could try a sample of birthday cake. An older gentleman waiting on us stated," I'm sorry we don't do that, those days are long gone..." I was shocked and over all VERY disappointed. i could not understand why the spoons are setting next to the case and why they didn't do samples? I didn't need a soup ladle full of gelato geeze, just enough to ensure I liked it. The entire dessert part of our evening was ruined... my husband didn't get anything I ended up settling for Pineapple dole whip simply because I KNEW I liked it. Love their customer service and delicious Gelato! I was able to try several flavors before picking the one I liked the most, which was Raspberry with White Chocolate. My husband really enjoyed this flavor and texture. The price may be on the pricey side but still worth it. They had acąi bowl as an option, but they did not have the ingredient in stock at the time we went. They also offer coffee as well! This shop is a cute little froyo/gelato place for any ages. It's close to Smashburger, Chipotle, and Which-Wich, so a nice sweet dessert after a meal! read more

Quiet charming coffee shop with a variety of desserts. A bit on the pricey side but I think that comes with the Destin territory. The affogato was so tasty as was the Italian float? I forgot what it was called. We got the cherry chocolate chip gelato with the affogato and it was amazing. I've been craving it since I've left! We can't wait to return back here. read more

We stopped in on a cold morning for a hot coffee. The woman working wasn't very pleasant and didn't even seem happy she had customers. There are dozens of signs and advertisements all over the walls of this place. It's very confusing and unappealing trying to find menus. We ordered two hot lattes with vanilla. They tasted like warm milk. Couldn't taste the espresso or the vanilla. No doubt the espresso machine is probably breaking. It was screeching so loud I had to take my sleeping baby out of thee building. It was the worst sound I've ever heard. Sadly after a few sips we threw out both lattes and walked over to Starbucks. We won't be back. Clean up your menu and focus more on good products. When you sell 100 different things they will all be subpar. read more

The donuts were very fresh and tasty!! I highly recommend! The lattes were also very good. The couple running the place were very sweet. My only complaint was the wait. It took about 25 minutes for 4 lattes and a dozen donuts. read more

I was super excited to try this place, after dragging my husband in we waited for the crew member who was working to acknowledge us, or ask if we were ready to order. We proceeded to wait patiently by the ice cream counter for any type of service to be shown, but that never came, she just continued to talk to another woman who was in the shop about their personal lives and my husband and I waited until we had had enough and finally just walked out. It is really not hard to show a decent amount of customer service, or you know, even acknowledge a customers presence. I will probably give this place another try but I was really bummed by our first experience. read more

I thought this was adorable! My sister wanted to come here so we went, the owner was very sweet! She let us sample whatever we wanted it. We ended up splitting a small Nutella cup between three adults and my son had a small twist soft serve with sprinkles and it was all about $10. Okay I know people usually would walk into this store for ice cream but the donuts here are AMAZING. They are cake donuts and they are so moist and fresh- they are literally cooked to order you can even watch the process and they are warm and so so good.
