Love this place!! They have 47 flavors and serve the one and only Hersheys Ice Cream. I often get coffee after dinner, they serve soda, Boba Tea, milkshakes, sundaes and locally made Gelato. It's always clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. We will always come here when in Destin and craving ice cream. read more

The ice cream is very good!! The employee in the back of the photo made the experience less than enjoyable. He was very rude and rolling his eyes at customers. There was another blonde young man that was very nice and helpful. 5/5 if the rude employee gets an attitude check. I understand there being rules in a place of business but there's never a need to be rude to customers. You wouldn't be employed if we weren't here. read more

"The cone" serves a large selection of ice creams whether it's your typical Vanilla or something extravagant like Peanut Butter Cookie Blast! They literally have 20+ flavors to suit any individual's taste buds. It does get packed around 6-9 and around busy hours (6-10pm for them) they limit tasting to 1 per person. Moose tracks is my go-to when at a "new to me" ice cream shop, so as usual I followed suit. Pretty cool tidbit: the gentleman owner who was manning the counter (only worker) is from Columbus, Ohio, too; he was just home for a friend's wedding three weeks ago. His family had been vacationing steady for the last 6 or so years, and he use to come down with family when he was growing up; he appreciated the owner of this ice cream shop, and they were willing to sell it (thanks to the pandemic); small world. Anyway, The Cone Shop sells Hershey's ice cream, so my mouse tracks was great. Yes, I always wish there were more peanut butter cups, but that just because I'm addicted to the creamy protein, so I'm pretty sure I'll never reeeeeally be satisfied one-hundred percent, haha! read more

I'm picky. I love Bluebell and marble slab. The cone was conveniently located, the staff were very friendly, the place is spacious with lots of seating but the ice cream was just not my style. I wanted rocky road but they didn't have this flavor. I opted for cookies and cream. It was just ok. The kids enjoyed their ice cream so I would try it again and maybe opt for another flavor. read more

Just delicious! Love their unique, corky flavors. I got a 1 scoop cup...1/2 Graham cracker and 1/2 bourbon blondie. Delicious pairing. The spoons were also bio-degradable and very sturdy. The servers are super friendly, def. love their job. Plenty of indoor seating and very colorful. Great place to take kids after a day at the beach. read more

Not a recent visit, but we came here about 8 months ago. We found it fine, but nothing to write home about. I just wanted to combat the review from the fucking moron earlier about "it's a pandemic and no one was wearing masks." Yeah, stay the fuck home then. You weren't wearing a mask either. You're part of the problem. In summation, this place is just fine, not great. I guess they don't wear masks. Neither do the moron tourists who come down and expect it to just be our problem. Luckily they "won't be back", so everything should be a lot better for all of us from here on out. read more

This place is a pretty good ice cream place! My family and I got here around 7 or 8 at night on a weekday and it was still super busy but the line goes by fast. There are tons of flavors to choose from also! I got the strawberry cheesecake and it was super creamy and they gave a huggeeee scoop. I just wish it had more cheesecake bits inside tho. Golden Graham ice cream or a frappe with Cappuccino Crunch ice cream. Both are phenomenal. Seriously delicious. Didn't try the Hershey ice cream so can't comment on that. A 16oz frappe or milkshake is $6.50. Service was excellent. Very friendly. The decor is interesting. Decorated with work from local artists. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at Hershey's Ice Cream in Destin, Florida. The decor is colorful, tasteful, and family friendly. Everything is kept spick and span; the cheerful employees must be cleaning the floors with a toothbrush! Hershey's has scrumptious chocolate and caramel flavors as well as a fresh and very good dairy-free option: blood orange sorbet. (It is NOT sherbet as another review suggested.) Also, the employees have winning attitudes that you may not find elsewhere! If you aren't trying to save money, I recommend this place for the experience, but it is pricey as you get a small scoop for $3.99, instead buy a run of ice cream from Walmart and Waffle cones, and eat them on the beach !! The kiddos will be just as happy ! read more

This place has one of the best ice cream that I've eaten in a while. The staff was pretty friendly and the whole place was clean. I truly loved the cotton candy flavored ice cream that I've enjoyed for probably my whole life. My family and I went here for ice cream after having lunch at the City Food Hall. They had a good variety of flavors for both ice cream and gelato. My wife and my son got their favorite choice of gelato flavors. I went with Blood Orange and Mango sorbetto flavors. Their gelato and sorbetto are homemade. Their ice cream is provided by Blue Bell. The gelato and sorbetto flavors were good. I liked my choice of Blood Orange. It was refreshing and delicious. The Mango flavor was good as well. We had a good experience here. The service was nice and friendly. The shop was clean and inviting. I would go back here if I am in Destin again. Definitely check them out if you haven't before.

I wasn't a huge fan of the way the egg was cooked for the sandwiches, but loved the donuts. They also have a variety of options for coffee, gelato and more. The shop is small but efficient and there's outdoor seating under the patio.

Fortunately, I managed to find parking right in front of the cafe. I went to the counter and ordered a small, hot caramel wave coffee. After discussing the sweetness options with the server, I opted for half sweet. My coffee order arrived in around 7-10 minutes. The coffee was fresh, hot, and perfectly made just how I liked it, less sweet. Great cafe with a wide selection of excellent coffees.

The Coconut Lemonade Dream was refreshing, but a little more tart than expected. The service was a bit slow during our visit, and as out-of-towners we were hoping for more recommendations on popular drinks or local favorites. Overall, the drinks were decent, especially the Caramel Wave, but the customer service experience could have been better.
