About 1:30 pm we arrived. We pushed the red button and waited. A vehicle pulled in beside us and and pushed the red button. They were acknowledged before we were. Once acknowledged we ordered 2 drinks. One strawberry limeade, one carbonated water. The person repeated our order back to us and said 1water, we replied," carbonated water" she replied " I know ". We waited over 15 minutes to receive those 2 drinks. The carbonated water was flat water. When I questioned the car hop he replied he didn't know and he asked inside if they had carbonated water to which they replied "no". I asked why we weren't told that when we ordered? He had no answer. Abject rudeness and complete incompetence. Please don't fire these folks please educate them. The rest of the world will thank you. We will not be returning. read more

Haven't gotten the order after a long wait. They are out of ingredients and we have to keep changing the order but they only tell us that after we ask why it's taking so long. It's Sonic, but what sets this place apart is the "I don't care" attitude of employees. Last month In visited and was given "iced tea" with no ice in the cup. I asked for more ice and they wanted to charge me $0.50 for the ice I never got in the first place. I tried talkink to the so called "manager." You 5hink that person cared? Nope. I never got ice for my tea. Visited again today. Same story. I was told "I gotta make tea according to Sonic's rules." Basically I was told to get bent. The two other carhops I dealt with uttered not a word as they delivered my food and took payment. I normally consider myself an ally of fast food workers earning a terrible wage. What's going on here is anyone's guess. I visited twice while I was in town. On my first visit, I waited 20 minutes for my card to be charged at the drive thru window. I should have left but I was starving. When my order was finally completed, it was missing the dip for mozzarella sticks. My lemon slush was nothing but ice and a lemon cut on half. The second time i just stopped in for an ice cream. I mean how hard can that be? 30 minutes. There was no one else there, and my car hop was busy chatting with her co workers instead of helping me. We went to this place a couple of days ago after years of not going. It was worse than it ever was before. Cook not wearing a mask correctly..It was hanging from an ear. I ordered a dbl mean bacon #3 in which I only got a single patty with NO BACON!! I should've just ordered a #1 but was charged for the full #3. Okay so I'm a huge fan of the SuperSonic Breakfast Burrito with no onions, that being said, I was more than a little disappointed this morning. I mean seriously, how do you screw up a burrito?? Well, somebody did and they need to be sent back to burrito school ASAP before they murder any more burritos. To start with, it was rolled incorrectly. Instead of being a normal long and round burrito, it was short and fat like a chimichanga. When I got past the way it looks and took a bite, I quickly realized that the ingredients were not properly dispersed throughout the burrito. Instead they were all clumped together (all the jalapeños in a clump, all the sausage in a clump, etc). Not only did that totally ruin the flavor of the burrito, but it also made it very unpleasant to eat. At one point my mouth was on fire and I had to chug almost all of my tea to try to stop the burning. And then there was the tater tots.... Another how the heck do you screw it up thing. Well, if you cook them in old grease, you'll screw them up every time. I know this is a "fast food" restaurant, but I know that Sonic is better than this. read more
