This is by far the worst Sonic or maybe even the worst fast food restaurant in the the state. It started the first time I went and got the wrong food after a 15 min wait. I forgave them and tried again and got cold food that was not what I ordered. Last night my fiancee called on her way home and asked what I wanted from Sonic I told her not to go but she insisted. After a 20 min wait in the drive thru they forgot an order of tots so instead of waiting another 20 to get back though the drive thru she knocked on the service window and was treated very rudely by one of the many teens inside standing around doing nothing. Once she finally got home we found two very cold soggy sandwich's that were not even the ones we ordered and a Chicago hot dog that was stood up in the box so all of the toppings had slid down and were leaking into the bag.....My tots were cold and not luke warm cold but re- fried twice and then left on the counter cold.In the middle cold. As was what I could salvage of the dog. At this point I am convinced that they just give you whatever old cold food they have lying around no matter what you order. This place needs some management it obviously has none whatsoever and the owner obviously doesn't have a yelp account. One star is too good, if i cpuld give a negative i would. The staff is incredibly disrespectful. I attempted to place an order at the patio intercom. After waiting for a while amd witnessing other receive food both om the patio and in the car hop stalls when the intercom was answered i was told that the patio and car hops were closed. Mind you moments before i watch as people were served at both locations. So i hit the drive thru only to be met with a 25 minute wait. I hate that i waited for cold s**t food. read more

1 star because, although the food is okay (for fast food), the service is awful. Have been through the drive through four times, and 2 times the order was wrong when we got home. It's not convenient when you have to go back to get the order corrected. we are done with Sonic. Never again. read more

This location might not be the best time wise and they do have a lot of broken equipment but the manager who took it over recently is extremely nice, and I personally go for the kind customer service their car hops and management give. They're all friendly and smiling even when people are constantly complaining over something they can't help. They were given a store that was already in bad shape.. that's like giving the country to a president and blaming everything on them instead of looking at the past. read more

I came into the drive through when I got to the speaker, the girl comes on and says "We are closed it's after 10". I told her I just wanted a bag of ice and could I please get it. She says "no, she has already taken too many people after 10 and she just cant". It was just 10:02 PM. I asked her again could I please just get the ice, but I was talking to myself because she did not answer. After a few hello's, I realized I was being ignored, but watched from the window. I waited my turn and just as she finished with the customer in front of me, still looking at me, she walks away from the window. I honk as I approach, no one comes...after a minute or so, she walks up with a broom and looks at me like she never saw me before...I honk again, she opens the window and I ask for a manager...of course it's her...RENEE. I tell her about how irritated I am with her ignoring me at the speaker and she says she wasn't ignoring me, her headset must've went out...OK. Then I tell her how petty this is over a bag of ice, and she tells me in her exact words,"it was the car in front of me that was making her want to deny me service, if that makes sense to me." Just who would that make sense too??? Why should I pay for someone else's behavior? I remind her that even with all the dialogue that we have had to that point, she could have sold me the ice by now, she says "well I can't if I do that then I would have another car and another and then I never get to leave and I open in the morning". I could've bought 3 bags of ice in the time it took to utter that statement. Needless to say I left without my beloved Sonic ice, but with a bad taste in my mouth for this location and management. I was really excited when I saw this Sonic was being built because there really is nothing around there except a McDonalds about a mile south. I think their food is terrible. Their burgers are always dry. They use diced onions that always fall out of the burger. And they always put the lettuce and onion on the bottom of the burger and it always falls out. The fries are always soggy. I'd rather drive the extra mile to McDonalds. read more

Worst sonic ever!! Sat in the drive through for over 20 min and only 2 cars ahead of me. This place is a joke.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The only good things I've had here are their shakes. That aside, this sonic sucks. I pass by there a lot at night between 9:30-11pm. They are supposed to close at 12am. I have gone by there as early as 10pm and they've been closed. This has happened numerous times. When they actually are open, like they are supposed to be, they don't have the shake machine working. Now I used to work at McDonald's, and I know that the shake machine only stops working when it isn't cleaned once per night. So their lack of shakes is due to their laziness. As is their lack of actually staying open till they say they're supposed to be. We drove by one time at 11pm and an employee was outside smoking and explained they closed for the night because the didn't have the coverage or someone called off. Absolutely ridiculous. The amount of times both these problems have happened caused me to never want to go to that sonic again. read more

Stalls are never working here. They always claim its drive-thru only!! I think they're just being lazy. The whole point of sonic is the stalls. Also all I wanted today was a brownie blast shake and they said couldn't do that. I'm very upset. If you want sonic I strongly recommend you look for a different location because they always have issues here. read more

After waiting 30 minutes to order (there were 4 cars in front of us) we were then asked to pull up because they were "making our food fresh". After waiting 10 additional minutes and all the cars behind us got their food I backed up to ask for my money back and was told that they couldn't because the manager that was there has got in trouble from the owner for giving refunds before. Now my order was $18 not $100. They then offered to throw in a large popcorn chicken to make it right, as well as our original order would take a few more minutes. In the end I left w/o food and will be going back to get my money from the general manager and will NEVER return. read more

I have tried it multiple times and the service is really bad. Using the drive up stations is part of the experience and they have the stations closed all the time. The Drive-thru is so slow. After multiple bad experiences I prefer other restaurants. I won't be surprised if that location goes out of business. The one in Whitelake is really good, but this location is awful. I really liked it when it first opened with the servers rolling up to your car. Now it sucks! If it is Drive-thru only you should just go to any Drive-thru with better food. read more

Poor upkeep. Pealing paint, rust, broken sidewalks. Almost looks abandoned. Slow service. Took 15 minutes on a Sunday when the place had two other vehicles, one at drive through waiting. Did a drive-thru order yesterday. Took 15 minutes to get thru line (only 2 cars in front of me, not fast/organized). Ordered 2 corn dogs for my son, they were overcooked looking on the outside, the inside resembled a sausage... Maybe twice cooked? Terrible. (Check your kid's food!!) Drinks ordered with light or no ice, were filled to the brim with ice. No ketchup, no straws for our drinks supplied, no kid's toy in the kids meal. Had to go back thru drive-thru and wait another 20 minutes for the straws because none of the bays were operating due to some electrical problem that oddly only effected the ordering system. Also, no one took the initiative to bring the missing items out to us, they just left us in line after we told them the issue at the drive-thru order box. Other concerns, trash bin was overflowing thru the top of it's tube drop, trash and food fallen from the bin was crushed all over the driveway. Trash blowing everywhere. Dumpster in back was in the same condition, gate to enclose the bin was left flapping in the wind. Overall exterior was dirty and needed a good cleaning. This location used to be good, now it is a rundown dump. Corporate Quality needs to audit this location, I will call them next! read more

This place takes horrible service to a new level! I like sonic, been there 1000 times but this location has to be the worst ran fast food joint I have ever been to period!! I live close to this location so it really sucks cause I have to drive another 10 miles down the road to another location to get my food elsewhere. Ever since this place opened you would think they've had enough time to get there shit straight!.....not even close! I keep going back thinking that one day there service will get better but, to no avail it never does. If it ain't one thing its another with this place, out of food, out of ketchup, out of onion rings, out of fries, I mean i could keep going for another 20 minutes to be honest. I think the biggest thing that gets me is the wait. Every time i've been to this place doesn't matter if i ordered a drink, 10 burgers, or just a side of fries you wait for an eternity..!! I mean it comes down to I could kill the chicken, clean it, cook it, and sauce it myself by the time i get my cherry lime aid...honestly..!! Whoever owns this chain needs to do something about this embarrassment to their company. I really cannot believe this place is still even in business...I never really put down a place where i eat ever! But i went there tonight and sat in line for 12 minutes before i got to the speaker to order. And by that time I watched 6 cars pull out of line and leave. So in total between sitting in line and ordering my shake it took 18 minutes.....!! smh....I was done after that.so this is why im writhing this review.
