Big Mac Burger
Jake R.

Stopped in during the grand opening weekend, and we got the overloaded chicken sub, the Big Mac burger, and a medium fry. The food is good! The faculty was nice and gave a discount on their already great pricing. The burger had two thick and juicy patties, the lettuce was nothing special, but their version of Mac sauce was great! The sub was very filling with its chicken, green peppers, caramelized onions, bacon, tomatoes, and cheese. Fries crunchy and salty, much like McDonalds but better. They were eaten up before we even got home. It's an upgrade from Jon Smith Subs. The reason we never went to Jon Smith Subs was the quality of food did not match the price. But this... It's good food, great pricing, and nice people - what more could you ask for?

Been meaning to check this place out for a long time and finally got around to it on the tail end…read more of a Dairy Queen visit which is just a short walk away. I was quite impressed with both the quality and variety of meats and sausages they offer. As this was my first time here the manager brought out a sample tray of assorted sausages, which is standard practice at this business, where pretty much every sausage I tried was was very tasty, fresh and with a nice soft texture and not tough and chewy as so many thin sausages are. It was extremely obvious that these sausages are made with premium meats as they were just so darn tasty with great texture! Aside from the large assortment of sausages, there are premium cuts of beef, jerky, fish, Brisquet, pork and higher end Wisconsin cheese to choose from among the food that they sell. Additionally, they have a made to order Deli sandwich counter that includes assorted well known sandwiches you expect to see at a Deli to include some not so typical sandwiches that include Cuban, Pulled Pork and Brisquet sandwiches all at very reasonable prices. As I only ended up getting a couple varieties of their thin sausage I plan on returning near term to sample their sandwiches as well where the Brisquet and Cuban are at the top of my list to try. Additionally I want to buy their Brisquet beef patties as these are harder to find and they make a mean burger on the grill. Overall the uniqueness of this store and the quality of what they produce and sell makes a pretty compelling case for you to check this business if you are in the area especially if sausage is your jam.

Decent Sports bar with typical menu you would see in an establishment like this to include a nice…read moreselection of appetizers, soups and salads, sandwiches, pizza's and of course Burgers which is what I had. Relative to my Burger, it was a well made two hander 1/2 lb burger that was cooked to order and was served with Fries. The Burger was quite tasty and the fries were good as well but could have been a little crunchier for my taste. For an Appetizer, we had their beer cheese Bavarian pretzel that was quite good and definately large enough to be shared with 2 to 4 folks depending on hunger level. Relative to the facility itself and staff, there are TV's everywhere where no matter where you sit you will have a good view to watch the big game which is key for a bar like this. Staff was very friendly and had good follow up throughout the meal. The one thing to note as mentioned in other reviews if you are looking for a quiet place to have a dinner and conversation with friends this may not be the place for you as it can and does get quite loud in here as I found myself raising my voice to talk to my friend during dinner. But than again, this is a Sports bar and louder environment should be expected in an establishment like this. Overall a good place to go to get a drink and a bite to eat especially if one of your favorite teams is on TV at the time.

Usually go for buffalo sauce and decided to try the Caribbean. It was good. *Beer was cold What could of been better- *The truffle fries while big weren't hot. Lukewarm at best. *The boneless wings were basic Sysco style, would not get again.

This place is an old Big Boy or at least looks like it. Randomly wanted bbq without having to…read moredrive 30 plus minutes to get it so checked this place out in person. Place just feels like it needs a good scrub; that's how it left me feeling. You also will need to change your clothes after cause you can't escape the smoke. Not sure how anyone volunteers to sit on what looks like a nice patio while the meat smoker is sitting right next to it. Even inside feels a bit grimey and smoky but if you like that smell you'd be in heaven. Hostess was nice but the waitress seemed a bit on edge/ feminist/ snotty. Not too friendly and made some comments that made me wanna let her know she can eff off at any time. Commentary about who's paying between a husband and wife or claiming you get two beers out of one line (that's a new one for me... I wouldn't want two different types of beer coming out of the same "line") and that the fact I didn't like the flat, "soft" ipa I sampled, as it tasted old or just not very good, trying to just prove me wrong... seemed like she had it out for me as man. Also wouldn't allow my kid to have chicken and fries instead of ribs from the kids menu so had to order a full 1/2 smoked chicken instead. Don't care for her attitude at all. Food was eh. Couple of bright spots- beans were smoky and sweet, good mix. The chicken, both wing and 1/2 were overly smoked and the skin became hard in a lot of parts. Had to scrape the chicken off the skin to eat it. Mac and cheese was good too. Cajun slaw was just vinegary without much of a Cajun punch. Queso brisket dip was on the sweet side. Didn't really get much brisket that I could find or taste in the dip. We couldn't finish all our food; just got sick of the flavor/ taste. Interesting sauce with the rock n rye Faygo bbq sauce. Could definitely taste the pop influence. Their XXX spicy sauce was okay; wouldn't say it's ghost pepper or unbearable. It's got some after spice which I liked. Really like the attempt they are making with the place and I hope they get their meats from the neighboring butcher as I've heard good things about the market place meats in the same strip. Oh they also charge you a 3.5% admin fee with every card purchase... p
