I absolutely love Sonic's food you can tell it's made with real ingredients it's usually hot and it tastes great that being said I have to give this particular Sonic 2 Stars for the following reasons: FYI this review is down from four stars originally because I believed that personality is half the grade and unfortunately I have dealt with multiple personality issues during the drive through experience at this particular Sonic. Multiple times I have dealt with attitude at the drive-thru speaker where if I was not speed ordering there was a snappy attitude. Once there was an order that the cook messed up on and I called the manager about it. The manager did a great job handling the situation in getting me a replacement written in the books.when it came time for me to pick up the replacement I couldn't remember the manager's name. When asked about the manager's name I let them know I spoke with the manager that worked on Sunday. The response was "there are a lot of managers that work here all week long so that's not helping me"...in a snappy tone. Another time I go to the drive-thru and I get to the window and remember that I didn't order a shake. I had already given her my card so I honk the horn and asked if she swiped yet. She said yes she just did.I said while I was wondering if it was too late for me to order a shake. she handed me my card in my receipt and look me in my face and said a stale flat "sorry". When it was time for me to get my food she stuck it out of the window with a stale "here you go" and closed the window. I will be contacting the manager of this location to let them know about my experience because if I have another one I may have to curb my visit here. I went here with my wife, we wanted a quick bite and it took a half hour to get our chicken sandwich. The service was messing around playing in the store. I asked for ice cream they told us the ice cream machine was down but I then watch the server make herself ice cream but refused to make ours. I really like the dirty drinks and the pretzel, however, I can only give this location 3/5 stars due to the inconsistency. I've been there a few times and the first time was perfect, each time after that my dirty drink was missing fresh fruit, which is an extra fee and the pretzel was overcooked and dry. read more

Over the past few years I've have attempted to place orders at the drive-thru at this location. In each instance I have been disappointed. Today I stopped by and ordered a burger that is a special, signage everywhere offering this special item. When ordered I was promptly informed that the item wasn't available today. I went there with my husband and son and we pulled into one of the stalls, our server Jim was servicing us on rollerskates and when he was bringing us our food he slipped on a pebble and fell into my husbands Ford F150 dropping the food and splitting his head open. my son is traumatized from this experience and there is still a huge dent in my husband's truck. very saddening and sonic commerce wouldn't do anything about it. read more

If I could give zero stars I would!! After a poor Grub Hub delivery, I reached to to this location and they advised they still had our order, so we had to go pick it up. Got it back to our office and it was missing multiple items, so I called and asked for the Manager, she in turn handed me over to the "General Manager" This man got on the phone and literally said "Food was in the bag, don't know what to tell you" and then hung up on me!! When my dasher arrived at 10:45 they told him that they weren't going to make the order and if I had a problem I could call but it wouldn't do anything because they don't care. This was the best fast food I have had in such a long while. The onion rings were unbelievably crispy, the Dr Pepper tasted like they had just refilled the syrup, the burger was pretty good, and the chicken tenders were amazing. Not to mention the sweet lady, Emily, who took our order, the unbelievably sweet lady who came out and asked that we go over to another stall because our stalls microphone was not working, and the sweet Gail, who came out with our food on rollerskates. This was a fantastic experience and I'd highly recommend this sonic to anyone and everyone - not to mention the food was reasonably priced!!!! read more

Sonic is a post beach tradition for me and the kids on a hot day. I know this Sonic has seen better days. The signs are falling and some of the ordering stations are broken. They also forgot an ingredient in my order but....it was still refreshing. I got a large Diet Coke with cherry, vanilla with real strawberry, and cherry vanilla lime coke. We also got a strawberry daiquiri slush, and cranberry nerd slush. They all tasted great. If you can look past the exterior, the sonic drink choices are endless, and very inexpensive especially during happy hour. Between 2-4 PM all fountain drinks are slushees are half off, so I paid about $6 for four custom drinks, not too bad. read more

Ive always heard about Sonic and have never tried there food because I didn't know where one was. I was with a friend who wanted a shake and so we stopped by. Turns out they have shakes half off after 8pm everynight. The shakes also come in mini form which make them about a buck and a half. I thought why not give it a try and cross it off the bucket list. I wasn't expecting much but the shake was really good and my friend really liked theirs. It's topped with what tastes like cool whip. I stopped back by when I was hungry tonight and got a mini fresh banana and chocolate shake. It again was good and props on the fresh bananas. For about a buck fifty you can't go wrong. I didn't each much earlier in the day and I really wanted to just sample something off their food menu. My buddy and I got a menagerie of items including mini size pop corn chicken, mini size hand made onion rings and French toast sticks. They had just closed so we waited in line for about 15min for our stuff. Which I didn't mind as I was winding down my night at that point and I liked the idea of trying their food "freshly dropped". The onion rings and French toast were very good for fast food version. The chicken pops just ok. But all in all a cool fast food experience. read more

I agree with others. This was the worst fast food for a a higher price than every other fast food. I ordered a Cheeseburger with just ketchup and mayo on the cheeseburger and they forgot the cheese on the cheeseburger (but still charged me for a cheeseburger) and it was subpar hamburger at that. And I ordered a medium cheese fries. What I received was a very small fries clumped together a "lump" of soggy mess. Please go to Mcdonalds, Burger King, Culvers...... but not here. I have been wanting to try their cold brew iced vanilla coffee and I finally stopped by. They gave me the coffee and I took a sip in the drive thru while I waited for my burrito. The one sip I took tasted like chocolate milk. I asked the worker there when they handed me my burrito if the cold brew was suppose to taste like Chocolate milk, she looked at me confused and said it was pre mixed with ice cream. Um, what? Why would a cold brew have ice cream mixed in?? Anyways, I was definitely disappointed in the coffee and will stick to making coffee at home or if I'm getting myself a coffee treat, I'll go to Starbucks or bigby coffee. read more

I had just received a new debit card and the only place I had used it so far was this Sonic on 1/5/19. I just ordered a couple drinks, young female server came out and said "The credit card swiper out here isn't working, I have to take your card inside." Monday rolls around, still haven't used my debit card anywhere else, and I find a 160 dollar charge to some vitamin and supplement website. I call the number for the website and get the address of where the order is being delivered (it's local) and turn it over to my bank and filed a police report. You have an employee stealing credit card info...well.. not for long because she's about to be arrested. read more

Let me start off with, Sonic has really good food. Now that, that is out of the way let me start off with how bad this experience was. So I went here when they had these coney dogs for only $1. $1? What a great deal, I know.. So when I went through the drive thru and told the person that I wanted the $1 coney dogs, she told me that they are not this. I told her about the deal and she said that her flyer said that they were not $1. So I told her to charge me for it and I would talk with a manager at the window. Did takeout here today, I went here in order to try out their new boneless wings for a blog post. Wings were good, I preferred the Asian wings to the barbecue style. I also got the pickle rings and the onion rings - the fried pickles were not to my liking but the onion rings were fantastic. I hadn't eaten all day so I was desperate and figured I would stop here because it reminded me of my first waitress job as a car hop at A&W. This was a far cry from A&W! I ordered a small three-piece chicken tenders and a Coney dog. I received three very old and overdone chicken tenders and an old hotdog in a bun that was cold and half hard, a few onions and maybe a half teaspoon of chili. It seemed as though they had simply dipped the hotdog in the chili and stuck it in the bun. On a good note, The girl that took my order had a nice smile and was very friendly and she helped me decide which sauce to get. I was too hungry to wait until I got home so I drove around and parked in one of the drive-in spots to eat, even though they were not open for ordering. I hastily ate the chili dog, and left the hard half of the bun. But When I looked at my chicken tenders, I drove back to the window. I said that I had never been there before and I wasn't really sure what to expect but I asked if the chicken tenders are always that small and I remarked that they seemed really over done and that my chili dog had almost no chili on it. A different girl replied that yes, the chicken tenders areAlways that size but that she would have them cook me some fresh ones if I would wait five minutes, which was no problem with me. Meanwhile, even though I said not to worry about the hotdog because I had already eaten it, she was kind enough to make me another with more chili while I waited for the chicken. I had one bite and realized that half the bun was still hard so I had took a second bite of just the hotdog and had to spit it out. It was just too firm and rubbery which I assumed meant that it was very old. I didn't say anything because I had not asked for another hotdog. I just drove around to the trashcan and threw it away after I got my chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were fresh and nice and hot but still very small. For $1.30 apiece, I would think they would be more plump and juicy.They did not look anything like they did in the pictures! Needless to say, I will never be back. read more
