David was a phenomenal server! He ensured we were taken care of and provided excellent service!

Food was good came out fresh and hot. However I didn't like the face that I could not have al flats. We were told they only do that for take out. The menus were old. Two of the items we were looking at she told us were $5 more than what's on the menu which is fine just annoying. My angry orchard was a little flat not much for me to send it back though. The new to go containers are terrible. Service was good at the bar. read more

We came here to watch some Thursday night football and the place was surprisingly pretty dead. We come here frequently so the bar tender knows us and the service was great! To start i got the feied pickles which were a solid 7/10 with their sauce. They could have been a little more crispy. Next we got a bunch of wings in garlic parm, honey bbq, buffalo and spicy garlic. The honey bbq was my favorite and the spicy garlic had a nice kick of garlic to it. We also got some potatoes wedges which were average. Overall this is slightly above standard bar food and good for watching any sports game with all the tvs. Cant go wrong with wings honestly. read more

Fantastic service by David! Great experience at this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely clueless staff, wait times exceed an hour every time I give this place a chance. Have had my order given away by mistake on multiple occasions. Why pollute RO with businesses like this. read more

Despite the excellent service from my bartender / server - I really don't think I can justify coming back again to this location. It's just too inconsistent from visit to visit. I could have complained I guess after already sending back a moldy tasting beer (I'm guessing something with that line; another type of beer was fine), but these were probably the driest and smallest wings o r ever eaten. Just unfathomable that someone sends these out to the customer and is ok with it. There are other excellent BWW locations from my experience; the one in Detroit is fantastic food wise, every time, as is the one generally in FH and in SCS. It's so sad such a prime location in RO continues to choose to be this way. read more

dave is the man great customer service on my birthday .the food came out great fresh and hot and he also have great customer service.

I wish I could give ZERO stars.....please close down.....Can't add the correct items...simple sauces...that ruins the entire meal...

Every time I have eaten at this location I get diarrhea. This location needs to be checked out and preferably closed!!! The chicken is like jerky. read more

Amazing food especially on BOGO boneless Thursdays! Had an amazing waiter, David. He made our day with his positive energy. Lots of TV so we don't miss world cup action. read more

They it was so bad so rude and they are a liar. They don't refund me my money and they don't cancel my order. They steal $25 of my order and they tell me they will tell me the manager and the end of the day they never did it. I don't know what the manager did with this employees. read more

If I wanted to go somewhere and not be offered things like water, or food, I'd go to jail instead of this place. Thanks for destroying my intestines with what poor excuse for a snack I did end up getting. I'll never recover from this. read more

Pink haired waitress, aka Bianca, has social problems. Just stopped in for a drink, but in return, me & my lady got more sass/attitude than one could've expected at 4pm on Saturday. Raggedy ass staff. The place is also empty as hell. Was confusing at first, but understood very quickly why. Shoutout Bianca!! read more

Don't order takeout unless you want your order to be missing items. Absolute disappointment

If I could give a -5 star I would. I hate this is the closest Buffalo Wild Wings to me because I just won't be eating bww. Their customer service is bottom of the barrel. Maybe it needs to be more diverse because every time I go here the customer service sucks so back even the host had a nasty attitude waiters don't come to the table or come back. I see why they have 1 start never going back here read more

Beer on tap made me sick. Pretty dirty on the inside, do not recommend this place at all

Ghetto lazy staff. Picked up a carry-out, wasn't acknowledged at all, then she just walked away without giving me the rest of my order, so I had to go fill my own drink and find the rest of my food in the food warmer, and basically just did her job. read more

Placed an order for "ASAP" and it shot back 45 minutes from them at 8:20 for "tonight". We go to pickup the order and they say there is no order in the system and the manager rudely picks up the phone and angrily says we ordered it for the next day and cancels our order (haven't gotten my money back as of this review) oh by the way we showed them all the screenshots of the order being that day. read more

My husband will periodically get a craving for their buffalo ranch chicken wrap. It's fairly priced for what you get and it's decently flavorful to him. I usually take a bite or two, but the few times I have tried his sandwich or their boneless wings or tenders they have been just okay, but I can't say I am ever blown away by them. It's annoying when they carded me to go inside to order and wait for a carry out order. The first time I got carry out the staff person wouldn't even let me in at first because we had walked from home and I hadn't brought my ID, they weren't going to let my husband order and get his buffalo ranch chicken wrap. The staffer finally let us just stand by the door and watched us as if we were going to rush to the bar and order cocktails while we waited for his carry out order. This experience just left a bad taste in my mouth for this business as whole and their food doesn't make up for it. We haven't been back since. This place isn't for me, inside or out and the food is subpar to me. read more

I wish "0" was an option. This place never has to go orders ready on time. The store can be dead and it will always be an extra 10-20 minutes beyond the stated delivery time. read more

horrible service we waited 40 minutes to get our orders taken by a waiter and we didn't even get that we got left outside in the dust. Our food was horrible. It wasn't even cooked right and there was no one in the building, but it was very hard for them to get to us read more

Today I got some traditional wings and celery & carrots. I love the combination of the traditional wings and the Asian zing sauce, it's addictive! I love celery and carrots to go with the wings but what I was so disappointed was that those celery and carrots that I got today looked so old, especially celery. They even sent the carrots that's not freshly cut ones but those mini carrots you see at grocery stores. read more

Service was very nice and none of this is on them. Management as usual was lacking. Michigan v MSU night and every TV is on a game not affiliated with a Michigan sports team. The Pistons, U of M and State are all playing and none of them are on the TV. Shame as this used to be the place you could count on to show your local teams read more

This is without a doubt my favorite place for sports and wings. I'm fact, I'm a stock holder of BWW. I would love to give this a better score but it's terribly difficult to do so. Please allow me to explain.. When you walk in, you are blocked from the rest of the restaurant by a 12 foot tall hostess stand. Which is never staffed, and no one can see you standing there waiting. Very frustrating. I'm still a huge fan of the wings, but no matter how many times I visit the service is SO slow it makes my visits less frequent and highly frustrating. If you are a member of the Blazin Rewards app, very rarely can you get your receipt to load onto the app for some reason or another. I still go here, but with lower expectations than what I would prefer. Hopefully things turn around soon - and they remove this hostess stand that no one can see read more

Came here to have lunch with my son and saw children running around the entire restaurant two people sitting at the bar and one other persons sitting at a bar top. We waited to be seated for about twenty minutes before a young lady walked up and said they we not sitting anyone else. Another young lady walked up who seem to be the waitress and ask me how many people to sit . She said she would sit me but she was the only waitress in the whole restaurant that they were short of staff. Meanwhile children are still running through the entire restaurant and the managers walking around doing nothing. She began Tito sit us and I notice All the tables had dirty dishes on them nobody had cleaned any tables that people had ate at and left. I immediately knew me and my son could not eat here. I politely told the young lady we would not be staying tipped her and left . This place is not the stop. If you want Buffalo Wild Wings I recommend going to the one on orchard lake rd. read more

Great atmosphere. I ordered wings, they came cold. Took the waitress a long time to come back. She did take my cold wings and came back with a fresh order of hotter wings. I'll give her credit for that. Will definitely return again, but might order something else. read more

Had a group of eight gather at this BWW location to watch the Lions in a Thursday night. Host at the door didn't want to seat us until more of our party arrived (four of us arrived very early to "get" the bigger table in time for the game). We were finally seated after having to talk to a manager. Our waitress was great, but they were dramatically understaffed. Food was cold and extremely slow. Cold burger, cold wings and cold fries. Sent burger back. Replacement burger took another 30 minutes (so they didn't charge for it). Drink orders were slow. The TVs were plentiful, so great place to watch a game, but food-wise, I'm not so sure. read more

**0/5 Stars** "This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE thanks to the manager, Bill! I came in for the BOGO promotion that was plastered everywhere, and this clown straight-up REFUSED to honor it. Bill acted like a complete jerk, brushing me off like I was nothing. His arrogance and disrespect were unbelievable. If you're looking for a fight, come here and deal with Bill--he'll give you one with his cocky attitude and zero customer service skills. This man has no business managing anything. Don't even get me started on Donte. I am convinced he is running a bait and switch. I could keep going but stopping here. Buffalo Wild Wings, you've seriously dropped the ball. FIRE this guy!" read more

Literally sat for over an hour after ordering on a slow Saturday night. Spoke with my sever and the manager on how long I've been waiting just for them to say 2-3 more minutes for the third time. I chose to leave and just pay for my drinks...$72 for 2 adult drinks and 5 fountain drinks. After we enjoyed our show at the Emagine theater we headed to the Bdubs on 14 & Mound ordered the same drinks and food for a family of 6. Bills were TOTALLY different in price especially referring to drinks. Never again read more

12/26/22 - Lunch visit with 3 adults and 2 kids Our server- Ashley- made our experience the best! We go to Bdubs several times per month and have been customers for almost 20 years. Ashley was working solo that day as a server/bartender -- we think maybe a coworker may have called in sick. But she had 5-6 tables while we were there and stayed on top of each one with a friendly and professional attitude. You should have her training/onboarding new employees as well as providing ongoing training to existing team members. read more

Place seems to be horribly managed, having what appears to be a busboy taking our order, bless his heart, after an hour we finally received our fried pickles delivered by one of the chefs and a pitcher of beer with no glasses. They turned off the first game of the Stanley Cup finals to put on woman's basketball. If that doesn't tell you all you need to know about this place idk what will. Ordered a to go, was told 20 mins. Arrived, spent an hour waiting at the bar drinking beers. Food finally comes out, open it up and it's cold, smiley fries undercooked and barely have any cheese on them. Don't say anything, just open it up and have a few bites while finishing my beer waiting for a break in the game and Jessica the manager comes over to hassle me about company policies and how you aren't allowed to eat to go at the bar. Should have sent it back and asked for hot food. Why are you going to hassle customers when your restaurant is clearly messing up? read more

Nice place. Ordered a couple drinks - the twisted margarita is delicious. And the drinks aren't all that expensive either. Only $7 for the margarita. Their salads are good, as are their smiley fries - the smiley fries aren't on the menu, but you can still order them. However, there's a bouncer at the door past 8 pm and it appeared he let all the men in and only carded women. So that was a bit questionable... Drinks and food are good, and our server was really nice too. read more
