After a busy week and a not-so-good dinner, I was craving a Snickers Blast so off to Sonic I went. I decided to go through the drive-thru so I could enjoy it in the comfort of my home with a book. I was told that they no longer offer Snickers Blast. Boo but ok I'll make the best of it and get the turtle truffle nut blast. As I drove off, I noticed that the toppings didn't seem like much and was hoping that it was mixed through. Nope! Once home I realized that they skimped on the toppings. Most of it was on the top and a few spoonfuls down was all. So, it was pretty much vanilla ice cream. No Snickers or Butterfinger, hardly any toppings, $6.19 before tax (they no longer offer large) and 920 calories, I will not be back! Truly disappointed!! read more

I pulled into stall # 8 yesterday after a long day at work. The place was not as crowded as the other fast food spots, but I ignored that. I went through the whole app, trying to understand when the stall number was supposed to appear. An extremely dark skinned Black girl came up to my window so I quickly rolled down the window to get help. She asked me if I ordered the frito something and I said no, then explained my dilemma. She has no idea wtf I was talking about, because she told me to order at a menu stall. I said okay and moved but she pissed me off because you can't use app coupons at the menu stall and I knew that---I just moved so I didn't end up in jail. I pulled back around after I realized the problem--it doesn't tell you that you choose your stall until AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. That's a star off. Then another cute White girl wearing glasses brought my food out...i knew there was going to be a problem because it came out too fast--ESPECIALLY when I modified it on purpose. I told her I put six bbq sauce on there and asked if they were in the stapled bag. NOT ONE was. Another star off. I opened my hot dog and it was OLD af because one side was hard and the other was chewy. The chilli was scorched and the whole thing looked like someone just threw it together. Another star off. The double bacon cheeseburger was ALRIGHT, they got my toppings wrong and it was warm and not hot...the bacon was basically old charred SCRAPS thrown on top. When at a friend's house in Chandler, I fancied a hot fudge sundae and found myself at the Sonic closest to her house. The drive thru was a little slow, but friendly. A great hot fudge sundae and I'd absolutely return to get more items. Some Sonics are not run well, but I'd definitely choose this one over the one closest to my house. read more

This is the dumbest thing I've heard. So I order 5 chicken tenders AND a large chicken bites. I ask for bbq sauce and the worker hands me one because they charge .25 for each extra sauce. I had not had dinner and was craving a burger so I drove thru about 7:45pm. Ordered a #3 cheeseburger, fries, and coke. Took it home and ate while watching the game. And I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised - it was absolutely delicious! Burger was hot, cooked perfectly, and it was seasoned great and was very tasty. Bun was warm and soft. Fries were hot and fresh. And the coke was so good - properly carbonated, and the crushed ice was perfect and easy to chew. It absolutely hit the spot for me. In comparison to many of the fast food burgers I have had lately, it is at the top of my list. I had not been to sonic in a long time, but I definitely will be returning. read more

Has to be the worst sonic out there. They have put signage and napkins/papers all over the drive through window so you can't see what they're doing in there... sketchy to say the least. Tonight my husband went to sonic to get ice cream. Google maps said this location in chandler was open until 1 am. He arrived about midnight. My husband walked into the lobby because no one was responding when he was trying to order. When he walked in the manager, as he called himself, and two other workers were smoking weed inside. They were clearly using the sonic counters to roll their joints. They didn't even notice he was standing there. He asked if they were still open and startled them. They all started to yell at him to get out. He again asked if they were open and the "manager" Stephen Harris came over to my husband and got into his face screaming to get out. So my husband asked for the managers name and phone number. Stephen told him the managers name was John Jacob jingle himer smith and then rattled off a phone number. Come to find out it was Stephens personal phone number he gave him. 520-414-5644. Then Stephen proceeded to use his large stomach to bump my husband backwards and then bear hugged him in an effort to wrestle him. All while his watch scraped down the back of my husbands arm breaking the skin. My husband had to break loose and leave. The altercation turned quickly and caught him off guard. May want to check your cameras Sonic We're hoping there can be an amicable resolution. If not we will be reporting the assault to the police read more

I wouldn't be sad if this place was closed. Every time I go to this sonic location I'm met with rude people. The food is crappy too. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it looks nothing like what I got. No lettuce, the bun was smashed in- looks nothing like the bun in the picture, the burger itself tasted bad. Their service is as bad as their food. I don't usually leave bad reviews but every time I go there it's a horrible experience. When I ordered this burger the lady was rude and last time I ordered from here the girls working were talking about my bf and I out loud like we can't hear. Worst sonic I have ever been to and I love sonic. So sad, they were not even busy and it still took 20 minutes to get us our food and then it was the wrong order completely. They gave our order to someone else so then it took another 20 minutes to get our breakfast burritos. Yeah thats what we had that took that long breakfast burritos. And then once we finally got them they were full of black grease. It tasted like they hadn't cleaned the grill or something. So our food took 40 minutes and then it was nasty and we couldn't eat it. And used to, atleast where I'm from, if they don't have your order out to you quick then you get a card from the manager with something free or a discount or something, but did we get anything for this experience? Waited thirty minutes for my meal, when I went into my bay, nobody was in the drive thru. I had to actually walk into the store to retrieve my food, which was just sitting on the counter. Went to sonic tonight 8pm on a Friday. Two of the menu "red" buttons did not work so after moving spots twice we found one working. Took our order with no sort of appreciation or customer service. It didn't take too long for our food however the guy who brought it out told us "they are totally out of ranch" - I wanted some for my tater tots. Also did not thank me or even acknowledge the tip I handed him, just took it and left. Got back to the hotel to find out my tater tots were 1/2 full and my daughters fries were 2/3 full.
