Ok, so admittedly, I primarily order the same thing when I come to Sonic. The Coney Dog no onions (ok, 2 of them ). Since I haven't experienced the horrible wait times that others have described in their reviews, I have nearly always had positive experiences. I do admit that I am really disappointed that they did away with the sauerkraut option on the hotdogs. I like that you can personalize most of the drinks and some of the food options. Don't expect to get what you ordered. My husband and I ordered from Sonic and they cheated us out of our onion rings, and they initially forgot to give us one of the shakes we ordered; we told them, and they brought the missing one out to the car. Reallllly bad service. Pulled up and waited about 20 minutes after pressing the red button. Was getting impatient so talked to a staff member and said we had been waiting for long and she said she would help in a minute. Waited longer, finally decided to move to a different stall. When ordering, told the staff member taking our order about the stall we were waiting at previously and they said, "oh yeah that one's broken, sorry". The manager, Tony, was awesome. I utilize the Sonic App all the time for 1/2 off deals. The App was down and Tony still took care of us. Not only did he honor the 1/2 off App special, he went above and beyond to ensure any inconvenience was not looked on unfavorably.
