She had been their housekeeper, and it quickly became clear she was exactly the kind of person I was looking for. Because we were operating remotely at the time, communication and dependability were critical. I needed someone fluent in English who could do more than just clean; someone who could be my eyes and ears in the home. Paty has now worked with us for over 8 years and has helped care for as many as 12 homes at one time as our business grew. She is consistent, dependable, and extremely thorough. Paty takes pride in her work and stands behind it personally. She is proactive and always lets us know if she notices anything that needs attention, such as leaks under sinks, loose fixtures, burned-out light bulbs, or maintenance concerns. The office is cleaned without being disturbed. She is super easy to communicate with & she listens! Her rates are very reasonable given the size of the house & what she has to deal with: senior dog + 3 teenaged boys = other cleaning services just turned around & ran. My house looks & smells great & I no longer have to be mad at the men in my life for being gross. At the end of the day, communication is key in any relationship. I've found it best to be reasonable in your expectations...but I will say she was able to remove a large black mark on my brand new counter that the installer swore was part of the white stone! They left the oven without wiping out the oven cleaner, kitchen and utility room sinks were dirty, baseboards weren't wiped off, drawers were left dirty. The sinks and oven looked lots better, but we mopped floors again and water was very dirty. They could not have mopped it again.

Just be ready to wait around 1-2 hours prior or after your scheduled appointment. I spoke to someone there who explained all that to me after our initial appointment had to be cancelled because the tech left the premises after he arrived almost 2 hours early. I was willing to try again, because they acknowledged the situation and communicated with me via text/phone. 2) if your front door is really far from the location of cleaning, you'll want to make sure with them that their hoses will reach; luckily our office had a back door (again, didn't realize it would be an issue until they showed up). Knowing all these nuances now, we would definitely use them again!
