After speaking with Scarlett on the phone briefly and looking at a slew of reviews I immediately felt confident that Bit A Bliss was the cleaning service for us. After having a new baby in the home for a year things start to slip through the cracks. With baby two just two weeks away we feel MUCH better about the cleanliness of our home and it FEELS AMAZING. I consider us to be pretty clean people but you realize what a wonderful job was done IMMEDIATELY when you walk in the door. Baby two can lick the floors if she wants at this point. Not really, but close.... THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE! We'll be customers for a long time!

Each team was very respectful of our request to save vacuuming for last as my husband had a phone interview during their scheduled time, in order to not make much background noise. We were moving and had 3 of the 5 bedrooms empty and we keep the house fairly clean but we wanted to find a Housecleaner to prepare the house for listing it to sell, However, when my husband got home, she charged us $50 more than I was told and my husband paid it unknowingly. $178 total When I got home these were all the things found not completed !!!!! See photos The microwave was never cleaned, trash not taken out, floors dirty, mirrors not cleaned or dusted....... I called Guy and he did not call me but had Rebecca call me and she assured me she'd come back and clean it. Then i came down with Covid (4-5 weeks) so everything was postponed to ensure the housekeeper would be safe to clean once we left the house to the new house. So fast forward to that day and she said she'd be there at noon. But then I got these other texts from her as to why she was late each hour and by 6:30pm I had had enough of her nonsense. Guy did refund us $50 but very very disappointed in the terrible lack of housecleaning and that she never came back back to complete job at our scheduled time!!! We are also missing a new prescription that we never found. We do not recommend this company for cleaning! Not dependable, not professional and waste of money and time!!! Very disappointed Update: I just read the owner's response to this review and I am reassured that this is NOT a professional cleaning service and after reading his response it is obvious to see he is resorting to slandering me because I shared my honest experience. The pictures do not lie and neither do the pics of our texts where she kept making excuses for being 5 hours late. I was not happy and told him that and no longer trusted their cleaners to return and make it right. When I asked Guy for a list of what they require for the maids to clean he told me his computer blew up and could not provide me a list. You be the judge and you decide. Peace

We hired this company for a $400 deep clean, and the results were extremely disappointing. A "deep…read moreclean" should cover the basics, but several obvious things were not done at all. The cleaners did not wipe down the kitchen countertops, did not wipe the kitchen table, and didn't vacuum all of the carpets, crumbs and debris still prevalent after cleaning. These are things you would expect even from a standard cleaning, let alone a deep clean. The most frustrating part was how the situation was handled afterward. When we contacted the supervisor the next day to ask them to make it right or offer a partial refund, she refused to do either. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she made sassy and unprofessional comments to my wife and showed no interest in fixing the problem. For a $400 service, this felt very unprofessional and honestly pretty scammy. A company that stands behind its work would at least try to correct obvious mistakes. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

The earliest they could do was nearly 2 weeks out from the time I called, but I figured if they were good and reasonably priced, it was worth the wait. Then the snow storm came and we needed to reschedule (no one's fault). They finally came out 5 days later and 2 women came out to get to work. They were allotted 4.5hrs a piece to clean our home, but only used 2.5. During that time, they did a half-assed job. When you schedule a deep clean, you expect the team to be very detailed and very thorough, especially with the money you're paying. We got none of that. The areas they did clean were either cleaned or cleaned decently, but not quite satisfactorily. And I say that because you can see streaks of where they did and didn't wipe/clean on many surfaces. They also didn't wipe down any of our table surfaces, dusted some areas but completely missed others within their reach, and cleaned only 3/4 of the kitchen and left some white residue all over the gas stove that was a pain to get off. On top of that, they didn't put anything they moved back; didn't respect my property (my cameras caught them playing with my gym equipment); used our supplies to clean when we didn't agree to that (ladder, paper towels, plastic bags); and during the 2.5 hours they were in our home, used a whopping 36 gallons of water (we have an app, it's great)! That's over half of what my husband and I use in 1 day. I mean, I want a clean home but not at the expense of a higher water bill. And I understand they want to mop the floors with fresh water, but it was overkill and we were under water conservation orders so they should've abided by that better. Of course, I sent an email letting them know about all the issues and they offered to send someone out to clean it. I declined since I'd already handled everything to my liking. But to add insult to injury, after I settled the score with them and canceled any additional services, I discovered multiple scratches on my new fridge that weren't there before they cleaned. I don't know what products they used or if the cloth has something abrasive on it, but it was not appropriate for a stainless appliance. It's pointless to complain to them now since it's outside the 24 hour window and I probably won't be compensated, but if you hire them, check your fridge when they're done. Just so this isn't a complete put-down post, they did leave my home smelling nice, the women were friendly-ish, and they showed up during the window they said they would.
