Marco, in my opinion is an honest mechanic, he has been my mechanic of choice for over 6 years now, wouldn't go anywhere else. He is very forthcoming with everything, in what you need and don't need. You can bring your own parts or have him order them - he is patient and takes his time and will explain if there is an issue and how to fix it. As a female, an honest mechanic like Marco is very difficult to find. read more

I was referred to Marco Song by my friend. I was told that he offers competitive pricing and is an "honest mechanic." An honest mechanic isn't easy to find though but Marco proved me wrong. For example, the dealer said that my transmission is leaking and that I need new brake pads. When Marco inspected my vehicle, he said my brake pads still had about 50% life left and could have easily made money off of me since I already came in to get my brakes serviced. He also said that my transmission fluid was not leaking and that it was just leftover residue. I also came to get my transmission fluid flushed. The Ford dealer wanted $237 for it (for semi-synthetic Mercon V). Marco did my flush for $170 with fully synthetic transmission fluid (I asked for Mobil 1 ATF) and a brand new filter. Bottom line is that I got an upgraded transmission fluid along with a filter (that the dealer does not include) all for a cheaper price. Marco is friendly, does all the work in the time promised and a very capable and knowledgeable mechanic. I highly recommend Song's Alignment. read more

Quick friendly service. Called the previous day to schedule an appointment and they just told me to come in the morning. Asked for an estimate and they gave me one that was at least half of what everyone else was charging for a spring install and alignment. Very very reasonable. Went in the next day and they remembered me. Got me in worked on it for a few hours and called me back saying it was ready. The job was meticulous. My steering wheel has never been straighter and the car sits nice and low. Head Turner for sure. Love it. Can't stop looking at my car every time I walk away. read more

Long overdue for a review but Marco is the man! Very knowledgeable individual with years of experience. He's the only one I trust with my cars. He's worked on many of my cars including my 240sx S13 (installation of parts), 2012 Civic (Check Engine Lights), Ford E250 (pad/caliper/disk/master cylinder), Dodge Magnum (overheating problem), etc . He's also very fair with his pricing. You get a descriptive receipt that includes the cost of labor and price of parts. I will keep coming to Marco for all my car repairs and maintenance, as well as referring friends and family to him. read more

Great shop. Marco is a "straight shooter, with upper management written all over him!" Even though Marco gets all the credit (which he should, it's his shop) the other mechanics in there are super friendly and knowledgable. I drive out of my way to take my cars into this shop. Well worth the extra time. read more

I took my car here for an alignment because it was the lowest quote I received over the phone. During the middle of the job he told me an axle neede to be straightened out and it would cost an extra $30 since the car was already on the rack. If I was to bring it back later to get fixed it would cost me $80. I noticed he did this to the 2 customers before me but they ended up paying the extra $. I did not move forward with the extra work and only paid the initial $40 quoted, and when I got my car back the alignment was exactly how it was when I brought it there. I complained, but Marco said because I did not get the extra work done the alignment he did was not enough. A couple days later I took my car to Cosco for a wheel rotation and they had told me that there is no way an alignment was even atempted on my car but also said the axles were fine. So it looks like I wasted $40. Basically, this place lures you in with there low quotes but will end up charging you more, and if you don't pay the extra..... nothing will get done to your car. read more
