My sister and I inherited three clocks. One Grandmothers clock and two wall clocks. They had not worked in years. The Grandmothers clock had been moved by a moving company that did not know anything about moving clocks. The weights busted through the bottom of the cabinet and the chains were stuck up inside the workings. Kelley was able to clean and oil all three clocks. He also was able to put the workings for the Grandmothers clock back together and in good working order. He was also able to instruct us in the proper way to have them moved: how to wrap and pack them. He offered videos to help us understand the unwrapping process too. He made two trips to our home to complete all the work. He was very respectful of our clocks, our time, and our abilities. Thank you Kelley for your help. When I left my coocoo clock Ray promised to make it run like new because it was in good shape and only needed cleaning and adjustment. I gave him $100 when I dropped it off. At that point he was located in Bradenton in the old mall building. When I checked back several times over a few weeks I could never find him there. After a month or two of checking to find him I finally did find him there because he was moving out. I had no return replys from him durring this time and I had to ask him to return my clock, UNCLEANED AND UNADJUSTED. In fact when he returned it it did not run at all because he had lost the pendulum and gave me a replacement that does not fit. I feel lucky that I even got my clock back since he was moving somewhere else with no notice and no reply to my messages left in person and in writing at his store in the old mall. Also I have recently looked at the reviews that are now listed on the web and I must say that many of the positive reviews look very much like fake reviews. Only the negative reviews on Ray appear to be true. read more

Ray came to my house today to repair a "sick" grandfather clock I've had for over 20 years. Can't tell you how much I liked this easy going and very friendly man! Then, to top it off, he gave me an education on how to do simple things that will keep my clock running well in the future. Ray fixed my clock expertly. It now keeps time and chimes like it used to. Someware in Time did a very good job of fixing my 50 year old Sunburst clock which would only run for 2-3 days.
