Here, you interact directly with the person that will be repairing your watch or clock, just like you'd expect. While driving to Gold Designs to have a battery replaced in my husband's watch and my pearl bracelet repaired, I got a flat tire, a few yards away from their shop. I pulled in, jumped out and looked at my tire.(My husband recently had shoulder replacement surgery and I never have changed a flat before.) I went into the store and Dwight Jr. asked if he could help me? I explained that I had a flat tire. Without a moments hesitation, he said he would change it for me. Remember, this is Florida and the heat and humidity were high. While Dwight Jr. and Mike were outside, (Mike watching), Dwight Sr. changed the battery and looked at my bracelet. We talked and I told him how we had come into his store a few times before and what beautiful jewelry he has and how nice of his son to help us. About 20 minutes later Dwight Jr. came in his nice, clean, shirt covered with sweat and his hands full of grease and dirt. I thanked him and gave him the biggest hug in the world. He refused to accept any money for his good deed. When I attempted to pay Dwight Sr. for the battery and bracelet repair ( I was hooking it wrong, that is why is fell off my wrist) he showed me the right way to hook the safety clasp, Dwight said, "You have had a pretty bad day so far today, the battery is no charge." Gold Designs will have a customer for life in me and I will tell my family, friends and everyone that I know, not only do they have beautiful jewelry, are experts in their field, but are truly amazing human beings.
