Exceptional Customer Service…read more Sean, the store manager, provided 10/10 customer service and was absolutely amazing! I shop at EXPRESS often, and after this experience, I will definitely be returning to this location. I originally came in to make a return, but because Sean made the process so easy and pleasant, I ended up doing an exchange and purchasing additional clothing. He was consistently friendly, helpful, and smiling throughout the entire experience. In all my years of shopping at EXPRESS, I have never received customer service quite like this--Sean truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Sean, for your outstanding customer service, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help customers. You are truly an asset to EXPRESS and an excellent example of what exceptional customer service should look like!

If you're looking for a typical mall experience on steroids, the Florida Mall is the way to go…read more I've never disliked this mall, but it definitely has a different feel than other local shopping centers. It is filled with tourists due to the connected hotel and proximity to the airport, so even on a Tuesday it felt packed in here. The layout feels almost like a labyrinth but there is a lot of signage on where to go. Most of the stores are ones you can find at most malls, but there are quite a bit of 'unique' stores as well. You've also got the Crayola experience, which is pretty large. While this mall wouldn't be my first choice to go to, it does do the trick if you're needing your fix of big name stores.

My friend spotted the most GORGEOUS and one of kind hall tables we've ever seen by local artist, Heather Allen. Lesli told us all about Heather's skills and talents as we admired the table. We measured the table and left the shop. My friend decided it wouldn't work in her space so I purchased it for mine! Lesli went above and beyond to make sure this exquisite piece was delivered on time and in perfect condition FAST. I am over the moon about Summer Home and Garden! My only regret is that I didn't find Lesli and Summer Home and Garden BEFORE I decorated my place on the beach. Lesli's design aesthetic is just perfection.

Jill's system is absolutely amazing... and simple! There are four categories of colors and everyone fits into one based primarily on hair color. But it isn't like other colorists who say your color is "blue" or "green" - everyone can wear every color, it just depends on the shade. The best thing to do would be to make an appointment and get the full "Jill" experience, but if you're not in LA, you can use her website to figure out your color palette/etc. She sells these color swatches that you can take with you on the go so you won't forgot which colors to search for when you're shopping. The make-up is really high quality and lasts SOOO long so you won't need to buy more for a while. I can't recommend Jill enough! :)
