I could feel the aggression as soon as I walked in the door. I returned an online purchase that was completely misrepresented, and had pictures on my phone to show the discrepancy. I held my phone across the counter, about 2-feet from her. She abruptly backed away, and rudely held up her hands in a defensive mode, as if she was being threatened. She treated me as if I had a we@pon, or as if I was a toxic infectious piece of bio-hazardous waste. Luckily, I responded "Sheesh, relax!". After that, she was despicable, only grunting a few words about where I should sign the return form. I don't know why a big company like Kay would hire such a terrible employee. They have very similar sections of other similar stores with clothing, housewares, beauty and health, purses, shoes and jewelry. I have found they have a higher quality item that I really like. We have bought some housewares and clothes and found them great. They also have interesting items for holidays and specialties! I do recommend TJ Maxx and will definitely be back. Service has been great and there hasn't been the long lines like other stores.
