The Grandmothers clock had been moved by a moving company that did not know anything about moving clocks. The weights busted through the bottom of the cabinet and the chains were stuck up inside the workings. Kelley was able to clean and oil all three clocks. He also was able to put the workings for the Grandmothers clock back together and in good working order. He was also able to instruct us in the proper way to have them moved: how to wrap and pack them. He offered videos to help us understand the unwrapping process too. I took…read moremy engagement ring in after only having it not even 6 months, a stone fell out, they had to send it out to fix it, it took a MONTH, to get it back, I called at least once a week to see if it was back... let me back up a minute, when I took it in the lady( will keep nameless) asked me to fill out all my information because I was the one bringing the ring in, I said but it is under my fiancé and you need his information somewhere on this paperwork, she disagreed but I did write his name on top anyway, good thing I did, the last time I called she said she sees that they have had the ring back for a while and they don't know what happened, when I called, I always have both names to lol under and they alway said it was not back yet and I would get an email when it was in... by the way I never ever received an email( used my business one that has very little in it), I went right in and got my ring, there were three people there and the person that I had originally given the ring to and no one said hello, no greeting to the store, nothing, the lady handed me my ring with no explanation, apology, just gave it to me, no smile, nothing! I then asked for some type of receipt to show I got it back, she looked put out for doing this and printed a register receipt of pick up, with out saying a word, I finally said you know, an I'm sorry for the mix up goes a long way, I will never come back here again, she never even turned around! never ever go there, I gave one star because I had to give something to write this review... oh and when I called all those times, I spoke to a man also so they all messed up somewhere, wanted to call the manager but it may have been one of them and I don't like that type of confrontation... just won't go back... many other jewelry stores out there.
