Every once in awhile you run across a company that makes great promises and then far exceeds those high expectations! In this case "You Never Know" did exactly that! We had a family situation and needed to quickly clean and vacate an apartment! With 1 day notice, a crew arrived on time and completed our job with grace and the positive attitude helped make a tough situation better! Probably the most impressive company I have ever dealt with! On a scale of 1 to 5, I give them a 10! If you're looking for help, don't waste your time with others, use this company...you will not be disappointed! Promises made, promises kept!!! read more

Fred was a PLEASURE to deal with! I bought new furniture for my condo on AMI- and I live in vermont..... needless to say the task of donating and moving furniture from 3000 miles away is daunting! I contacted Fred and sent photos of the living room set I wanted to donate- and he was happy to help. I had a friend that was there to let him in, and she said they were polite, and on time for the pick up. I will be visiting his location when I am back on the island to get some items for the condo! Thank you again Fred for making the removal process seamless and easy!! read more

What a great store. They have such a wide range of everything you could think of. The store is always well stocked and very clean. The owner is friendly and very helpful. If he doesn't have something you are looking for at the moment he will take your number down and contact you once he has it. He doesn't sell crap so you know if you buy something he has checked it out to make sure it's workable before selling it. You won't find that kind of service in most places like these. Worth a look. You won't be disappointed. read more

My in-laws moved into town with very short notice. Fred, the owner of this shop, was very helpful and after buying a few essentials to set up my wife's parents, they went back and furnished a great deal of their place with things from YNK. My wife and I moved into a new place this past week and after searching high and low, we returned to YNK to furnish our place as well. It's a great business and the owner, Fred, is as helpful and friendly as you could ask for. You won't regret patronizing You Never Know! read more

The name says it all. Owner is always incredibly welcoming and kind. You never know what treasures you will find in store, but follow them on Facebook to get a first glimpse of new arrivals. And, if you are looking for something specific, they encourage you to send them a message (they likely have it!). Prices aren't crazy cheap, but they are reasonable. Furniture moves fast; I'd rather buy quality used items versus buying new that will show wear or wobble within months. read more

This store was so organized and pretty clean, and had a ton of stuff. They have a lot of nice vintage clothing if you're willing to search. A little disappointing was the graphic tee selection which was almost nonexistent, literally half a rack, but other than that there was so much. If you need shoes, they have 2 sections full, for men and women. There's of course so many rows of women's clothing. But there's also some really nice home stuff. I got an almost brand new Calphon pan for like $7. What I also like that they do here is you can have a loyalty phone number. I haven't heard of many Goodwills doing this but maybe I've just been to the wrong ones.
