I just had Robert repair my Rolex - seems the crystal was cracked along the base, and the winder/crown seal was the wrong one. This had been overhauled by Rolex (supposedly) only a year ago and they took months and cost over $1,600. Robert did the job in 1 week and cost about half the "official" people ... and in my humble opinion he did a far superior job.
