Nothing burger? Nah, that's Some burger alright. Solid patty, tender n juicy. Great waffle fries too. 8/10 burger. Not as cheap as you'd expect. Worth it tho

This is a solid burger. I totally would come back here instead of a fast food chain. The veggies were fresh and the meat was flavorful. The seating was outdoor only, but many people were eating in their cars. The staff was friendly and quick.

I don't know how I've never come here until today. These might be the best onion rings in Houston. They're the right thickness. Very nice light crunchy batter. Not oily and the least nor do they taste of oil. And this probably goes without saying, but the burger is also great.

Very simple spot and perfect for eating outside on a pretty day. It has that food truck vibe--just without the wheels. I personally loved the crispy fries that came with the burger; they were definitely the highlight for me. It's a great place to grab a quick bite, and honestly, much better than a typical drive-thru.

I grew up with this place being down the street from my childhood home in The Heights. It's still a great old fashioned burger!

Some burger with cheese and onion rings. The burger is fresh and hot plus juicy. The associate was accommodating and accurate. The ambiance is nature filled but pleasant today.

The burger was sensational, as expected. Held up nicely and was pretty big. The Frito Pie? Otherworldly, next level. Was it fancy? No. But almost the Platonic ideal of a Frito Pie. Brought it back to my office, I will definitely return.

My Mrs. and I tried Someburger for the 1st time in our lives despite spending our whole lives here in Houston Heights area. The food was good and the burgers flavorful. The staff/cashier very welcoming. They have plenty of add ons for your burgers including avocado bacon and even fried eggs . Would recommend this place if you're wanting a nice patio burger in the afternoon. They are CASH ONLY no Venmo or PayPal....only green backs. Makes for an interesting experience if you are not planning on having cash on you. I have passed by it for over 30 years. Heights HS kids hang out here too waiting for stuff. Overall GREAT PLACE!

This is sad, a 59.cent bag of Fritos with chili and cheese for $5.52, but I guess it's in the Heights. down!!

To start off with a positive, I thought the falafel patty had a really great taste and was absolutely the highlight of the burger. But outside of that the burger and the toppings I ordered just didn't work as well as I would've liked. I ordered my burger with mushrooms and sauteed onions, both toppings I know I absolutely love from making burgers at home and from other spots, but neither added much. At first I was worried that the falafel was overpowering them both but upon eating them by themselves they just lacked taste. We also got the scallion aioli on the burger and I never got a hint of it at any point. All in all, the burger was very much mediocre outside of the patty. We also got fries with the burger and while they absolutely had some potential they were extremely over seasoned. Any appreciation for the seasonings in a vacuum was immediately overshadowed by how salty they were. We also ordered the Sambal Mayo as a dipping sauce and while it did help subdue the insane salt level and overall tasted quite good, upon writing this review I found out by looking at their online menu that it contained some amount of shrimp. This information is nowhere to be seen on the ordering slip and wasn't mentioned when I handed it over to the person working at the cash register. And while I definitely accept some level of responsibility for not doing my due diligence and asking or letting them know of my dietary restrictions, it's still an extremely frustrating thing to have happen as both a vegetarian and someone with a mild shellfish allergy. If for whatever reason the online menu is out of date or I missed an obvious indication of it containing shrimp somewhere I am more than happy to edit my review.

I went with the Double Good Burger at Johnny Good Burger, and honestly... it was surprisingly good. Perfectly smashed patties with those crispy edges, juicy inside, and well-balanced flavors that didn't feel overcomplicated. Sometimes simple just works--and this definitely did. The fries deserve their own shoutout: extra crispy, hot, and downright addictive. No soggy sadness here. I kept telling myself "just one more" until the tray was mysteriously empty. All in all, a very satisfying burger experience. If you're in the mood for a legit smash burger and happen to be wandering POST Houston, this one's absolutely worth stopping for.

Service was mid, and I wish the workers gave as much effort as they put on their phone to customers. We ordered to-go, yet lacked necessities like napkins & silverware for multiple meals. The burgers are big enough to share if you are doing a burger & fries because as you can see in the photos, it is so much food, definitely paying for quantity over quality here.
