I think this is about as stripped back of a burger experience as you can get nowadays. Park benches outside with some umbrellas and a small window where you place your order. I liked the burger well enough, I went with the regular Someburger with bacon and cheese to jazz it up a notch. Good texture on this classic style beef patty, and seasoned decently as well. Lettuce, tamari, and pickle play their role as expected. Fries were good texturally too, and there's the option of onion rings if that's your thing. Customer Service was great... in this heat, it's hard to only have sitting outside as an option to eat and/or wait for your food. On top of that the chili for the Fritos pie was cold! A very old school burger spot in a major intersection in the Heights. This was part of a larger chain at some point but this is the only location that I've seen. Parking is a bit limited but there's a few spots. Seating is outdoors and quite hot. The menu is comprised of old school burgers and fries and all drinks are bottled. For the product, it's quite expensive; the burgers / meals are more than $10, which is fairly high for what it is. The burger is fine, it tastes a bit like an old school mom and pop style burger. They accept credit/debit cards but there is like a 3.5 % fee if you use credit. No fee for debit and cash. I didn't see the signage in time so I paid with my credit card.
