This is a solid burger. I totally would come back here instead of a fast food chain. The veggies were fresh and the meat was flavorful. The seating was outdoor only, but many people were eating in their cars. The staff was friendly and quick.

Very simple spot and perfect for eating outside on a pretty day. It has that food truck vibe--just without the wheels. I personally loved the crispy fries that came with the burger; they were definitely the highlight for me. It's a great place to grab a quick bite, and honestly, much better than a typical drive-thru.

I grew up with this place being down the street from my childhood home in The Heights. It's still a great old fashioned burger!

Some burger with cheese and onion rings. The burger is fresh and hot plus juicy. The associate was accommodating and accurate. The ambiance is nature filled but pleasant today.

The burger was sensational, as expected. Held up nicely and was pretty big. The Frito Pie? Otherworldly, next level. Was it fancy? No. But almost the Platonic ideal of a Frito Pie. Brought it back to my office, I will definitely return.

My Mrs. and I tried Someburger for the 1st time in our lives despite spending our whole lives here in Houston Heights area. The food was good and the burgers flavorful. The staff/cashier very welcoming. They have plenty of add ons for your burgers including avocado bacon and even fried eggs . Would recommend this place if you're wanting a nice patio burger in the afternoon. They are CASH ONLY no Venmo or PayPal....only green backs. Makes for an interesting experience if you are not planning on having cash on you. I have passed by it for over 30 years. Heights HS kids hang out here too waiting for stuff. Overall GREAT PLACE!

This is sad, a 59.cent bag of Fritos with chili and cheese for $5.52, but I guess it's in the Heights. down!!

This is sad!! They are selling a 59 cent bag of Fritos with chili and cheese for $5.52, but I guess because it's in the Heights. 2 down!!

Amazing old-fashioned hamburgers. I would go back again, and I am hard to satisfy, because I like my burgers well done.

Galleria/Uptown

So this place has a burger that's basically $20 (add bacon and it's 20)--and let me just say, they…read morecould charge $30! 'Cause it's worth it! A standard smashed Double cheeseburger and generous extra crispy impressively seasoned waffle fries as you want it cost $16 which is fair since adding the fries vs standalone burger is only $1 price differential. Clutch City Grill sits next to Burger Chan (the most recent title holder of best burger for my son) but this Sunday, they were not open so we tried the one we didn't try last time--CCG. And let me just say that this place tucked away inside a collective indoor food concession aka The Conservatory Galleria, has every right to boldly don the clutch city burger title. Inside this perfectly grilled almost Hawaiian role type hint of sweet homemade bun is a masterclass of burger perfection, made right in front of you and to your liking based on your selections from the order tap screens. While, waiting, I looked at everything I didn't order as it was being served and I'm almost certain that anything you order at CCG is delicious. Presentation is superb because others were sitting with large selections in front of them that caused me a bit of buyers remorse--I couldn't decide. The vibe is chill enough to talk to the grill master while my son was figuring out his massive burger order--he randomly had a hash brown added to a patty melt. And ordered something to take home or in case one order wasn't enough for the teen appetite. But the food is massive. I cannot stress that enough. Portions of everything there are beyond generous from what we saw and this is the kind of place where there's delivery guys picking up, people working on their laptops and the average joe grabbing takeout after work as well as families having dinner but not crowded. We sat and reflected on a great shopping day in a chill environment and reminisced on the old days of Galleria area last minute back to school night before/we should do this more type of memories in the making. The take something to go plus my own leftover (cutting the burger in half is an open from the order touch screen) and it passed the ultimate test of being really good cold the next day. This place begs the question--where is everybody? I can't be the only one who knows about it. But also was inviting enough to silently confirm that I think we've found our place. One that even has a cool bathroom with a mirror that says "you look amazing." Exactly how you're going to feel about the food that looks even better than it does in its promo photos

Patty- juicy and full of flavor, Bun- toasted and soft at the same time, fries were crispy and salted to perfection and everything in between. Puts its local competitors to shame. The ambiance is fast casual, lots of seating, people socializing, and a vibe that makes you ask yourself why you haven't visited earlier. Service was quick and friendly, they made great recommendations for first time customers. I actually ordered the wrong shake on accident and they gave me a second one for free. Glad to see that even in this economy the staff doesn't nickel and dime you. Great people Whether you're in the mood for a quick bite or a casual date, I'd honestly use any excuse to stop by again!

With the recent TikTok, they've been getting a lot of customers so there is a bit of a wait, but totally worth it. The owner is super nice and friendly!!! The vibe there is pretty cool! I came another day to try their burgers and wow! I got the southwest burger and the Mexican burger! My guess is they solicit reviews effectively based on signs throughout. Food- 2 stars I'll start with good. The brussel sprouts offered as an alternate side were pretty solid, we got two options and both had good flavor if not a little over seasoned. The burgers were bad. The patty was totally unremarkable and may be frozen out of the box patty. The rest of the toppings were fine, but nothing outstanding and nothing that could make up for an awful patty. The fries are ok. Drinks- 3 stars Milkshake was ok. Lemongrass Matcha was overly sweet. Service- 5 stars Super nice and helpful counter folks. Atmosphere- 4 stars Nice enough and fairly clean inside with a large outdoor area.

After trying a number of different burger spots it definitely wanted to come here again and make sure that it was living up to my previous experience. Just happened to get there at the right time there was nobody waiting and as soon as I placed my order and grabbed a seat, I turned around, and there was a line of approximately 20 people waiting to order. The seating is all alfresco. I ordered a steak sandwich with fries and a drink. The fried steak was tender and moist and the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service was friendly and helpful, answered all questions.

Love seeing the lunch rush though because you know it's gonna be good. Ambiance wise, this place is very chill. No indoor area, just order at the counter, get 1 of their outdoor patio tables or take it to go. There was a line to order, but service was very fast. Burger wise, this place is just a well executed classic burger. Big, juicy, fresh toppings, honestly nothing to complain about. The onion rings were some of the best that I've had recently, and I ordered their "Texas size steak sandwich" to go as well for dinner, very filling. I'm so glad I finally took the time to try out this EaDo gem. I understand why they've been a Houston burger staple for so long now. I'll definitely be adding this place to the list in my burger rotation, enjoy!
