I had an awesome experience at Solve Clinic! The woman at the front desk desk was very friendly and offered me water or a hot beverage while I waited in their beautiful lobby. Then Sarah came to get me for my treatment. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made feel confident in the procedures I selected. Pricing was reasonable and they gave me a discount for being a first time customer! read more

Solve Clinics - Medical Spas Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

I had a diamond glow ZO red carpet chemical peel. In the process everyone was very straight forward and had no issues. The peel itself felt really good and refreshing. I showed up a few minutes early and they took me right away. It is wild to see what dead skin they were able to "peel" off and the freshness of the face. read more

I had an AMAZING experience with Kelly! I came in unsure about what treatment I wanted done, but she talked me through all my options and we ultimately decided that a Chemical Peel was the right move for my skin. From start to finish, Kelly was so helpful and gentle with my skin - plus she informed me about each step which was so nice to know! I loved the results after we wrapped up and I'm so excited to see how my skin will look in about a week! read more

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS facility. The space alone-is definitely worth a walk in for. Love their waiting room and the privacy it gives you, not to mention the interesting magnetic turn table to watch pass the time if you're early. I'd recommend showing up a couple minutes early if you can as they might be able to take you sooner. Kelly is just lovely, real + down to earth. Makes the whole process seem as if you're chatting with a best friend who really has your best interest at heart. It's people like this who really make a business come alive. read more

Kelly is amazing! This is my third time seeing her for 'tox and she always does such a great job. Each visit she has taken the time to check in, answer any questions I may have and has been honest about what I "need" to get the look I'm going for. She is also very light-handed with the injections themselves and I rarely end up with any bruising, which is a miracle. Always look forward to my visits to Solve! read more

I have visited both locations for hair transplant! Where I should start !!!! Loosing my hair has been giving me low self steam and stress and makes me feel old .... I have been planning to go with my friends to Turkey since everyone was talking about it ! Until I found solve clinic that it is run by an amazing Armenian Doctors ( for the ones who doesn't know Armenian on the top of great food they have been known with there accuracy and professionalism and being elite with what they do in all aspects medicine, photography, clocks ex...) and solve clinic is not any less from that ! During consultation , it was direct to the point to address my concerns and clear up my concerns ! away from ( trying to sell product ) like other commercials trying to do ! Instead of closing my office and going to turkey even it was cheaper but in total I will be loosing way more money by closing and going there for a week or 2 In addition what if something went wrong or some complications surfaced you have to go to there to fix but solve clinic they are within driving distance! Excellent service, professional, and accommodated your schedule! I was back to work in 3 days !!!! They follow all the golden standard protocols! The surgery itself was a little painful but within one phone call they calm all your concerns! Result start showing after 6-7 month so don't be stress like I did ! If I can give them 7 stars I would ! Don't go to Turkey try Solve clinic it will worth your time ! read more

I am very happy that very they finally opened in the neighborhood. The space was well designed and looked amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an associate who was welcoming and upbeat. The technician (Kelly) who performed my PRF treatment was a PA and extremely competent. I felt very confident in her hands and already scheduled a follow up appointment. read more

Got PRF there with Kelly and had an exceptional experience. She was friendly and really took time to cater the service to my unique feature. Pain was minimal and so was swelling. The ambiance was also great. Would recommend! read more

This place is absolute heaven. I immediately felt relaxed when I walked in. Allyssa, at the front desk, offered me coffee and tea, the service is truly amazing! I originally went in for a Botox treatment, and met with Kelly. She was so knowledgeable, and after discussing our options, we chose the Botox with peptides. My skin has never looked better- I was GLOWING. My first experience there went so amazing, that I went back to Allyssa to book an appt for filler. Kelly gave me her honest assessment and professional recommendation. We decided a conservative amount on my cheeks and then the rest on my lips. Let this be your sign.. that if you are ever questioning on getting filler, please meet with Kelly! This treatment lifted my cheeks, filled my lips, and it doesn't look overdone. I've been receiving so many compliments! The timing is quite literally perfect, just in time for my wedding early next year. I can confidently say that this clinic is now my go to spot. It feels so good to know that I can trust everyone there and know that I'm in good hands. Their service is consistent every time. Allyssa also sold me on the Diamond facial glow, heard so many great reviews, so I'm excited to try that next! read more

Let's begin with how beautiful the place is!!! Came here for my Botox a few months back and loved how professional everyone was! Kelly was amazing! She walked me through the whole process and she made me feel so comfortable. I loved her so much that I came back for lip fillers! Again, so friendly and she knew exactly what she was doing!!! I'm absolutely in love with my lips! They look natural just the way I wanted and she worked mostly on my top lip to contour it the way I wanted. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! She's amazing! I've gotten my lips done before and the bruising was more noticeable. With her, there's hardly any bruising. read more

I've had a few treatments so far with Kelly who's amazing. It took me 6 years to find a new injector/med spa since moving from Michigan. I've been to 6-7 places and was disappointed each time until now! I had PRP microneedling facial, I had lip filler (and get compliments on my lips DAILY) they look super natural too. And I had traptox yesterday... the results still pending. But Kelly works with me and my crazy work schedule. Sometimes stays late just for me which I appreciate so much. Highly recommends solve clinic, ask for Kelly! read more

Solve is my go-to for injections and Kelly is the absolute BEST! She'll make you feel so comfortable and it's evident she knows her stuff. Recently went to Solve to see Kelly after watching her work for a few years! To say I was impressed is a complete understatement. Not only did she listen to me fully, she also explained everything to me in such a detailed way that was not overwhelming! She made me feel comfortable and in such great care by all the time she spent with me. I also got the opportunity to meet Kiran. She was another delight and spoke to me about all things lasers and facials!!! Thank you so much! You have no idea the boost of confidence you both gave me. Cannot wait to go back here!!!! read more

Well I have to say that I left three messages for this clinic and never received a phone call back. I tried again on day 4 and someone finally answered the phone, explained what happened and got an oh ok no apologies or anything. I asked about the process and was told you need to book a consultation. I only gave one star because I had to. My first impression, and lack of customer service and nonchalant attitude, I will find another place to go. If they can't even answer their phone or return phone messages - not a good start. I had an overall very positive experience with all of the staff and employees. The owner also personally reached out to me to check-in on the results of my treatment. I was happy with the results and happy to get that kind of follow-up. Additionally, there is plenty of street parking out front as well, which is helpful. read more
