I underwent one priapus shot (P-shot) procedure, as well as 4 sessions of shockwave therapy to improve sexual function. I have had many sexual issues caused by Peyronies disease, which I have had for roughly 6 years. It has caused me curvature of the penis, dents and "sectioning" which caused a change in shape and a reduction in size (both length and girth), a significant loss of pleasurable sensation in general and during climax, and significant erectile dysfunction. The options my urologist gave me (which have no guarantee of success) were deeply invasive surgeries or multiple series of harsh shots (Xiaflex) that, with recovery, could half of a year to complete and would require many months of abstinence during that time. I did not feel good about any of those options before trying something less severe with less side effects. I initially consulted Solve to only get shockwave therapy and not the P-shot, as the thought of getting injections into my penis was terrifying. I spoke with their consultant Andrew who was somehow able to convince me to get both procedures as he said the synergism between the two would give me the greatest chance for success. I recently finished my 4th session of shockwave therapy (and am 4 weeks out from the P-shot procedure). What i can say is I am definitely happy with my results so far. The procedures were quick and easy. My absolute fear about getting the shots was totally unfounded. I did not feel anything for 4 of the 5 shots, and with the one I did feel it was only a minuscule amount of pain / burning for a very brief moment. I had no pain afterwards, and I was able to sexually perform less than 48 hours after the procedure. The shockwave sessions were also easy and painless. I have already had improvements in sexual performance as well as positive physical changes. I have issues with getting and maintaining an erection, and both have improved. I have noticed that the frequency of getting erections has increased, both when aroused and in the morning. My sensation has increased which has made performing and climax much more enjoyable. Some of the deformations, dents, and loss of girth have improved. I have more full erections, which is a very big deal, as the Peyronies greatly reduced the fullness. I also noticed when not erect my penis is much fuller and softer. Since getting Peyronies when not erect it has been significantly smaller and has had a hardness inside it that is uncomfortable. The curvature seems to be the same, but that was the least of my concerns. This is one of the things that may improve over the next few months due to the P shot. I was told that the P-shot effects may continue to make improvements over the next 1-3 months, which would be a great bonus at his point. But even if it does not I am still very happy with my results. My main goal for going to Solve was to get improvements to any of the detrimental conditions that Peyronies has caused me. All treatments, even the ones suggest by my Urologist, at best only alleviate symptoms and cannot truly rid one of Peyronies disease. I have been pleasantly surprised to have already gotten more improvements then I thought that I would. This disease has been a difficult struggle, but it is a relief to finally feel some positive changes. I highly recommend Solve. I decided to try PRP for the first time a few months ago since I thought it would help support hair growth and it definitelyyy did. My first PRP session was phenomenal. There was no pain at all and it was quick and efficient. Linda was the provider who did my PRP and she was very efficient, knowledgeable, and communicative (it did not seem like I was there just for the PRP but in fact seemed as if my concerns and questions were being answered and engaging by her and the staff). She was really great and explained the concept of the PRP and how to prep beforehand and any post treatment steps I needed to take for which there were barely any. It is a fairly quick process that yields great results. I got 3 more sessions done over the span of couple months and they were all great and the same quality of work. Regarding results, I noticed tremendous hair growth that to this day has not gone away and has continued to increase all across my head. Regarding the staff, they are excellent including the receptionist in helping to schedule appointments, any cancellations, and explaining pre-procedure steps on when to arrive at the clinic... The clinic itself is also wonderful and very clean and feels nice and warm like you would love to be there. It is very laid out and organized and hygienic. I went to Solve Clinics for a beard transplant last year. 1200 grafts, 2 PRPs, and 12 months later and my transformation has been unbelievable (see picture). This is the place you go if you want to work with a team with the technical know-how, the skills, and willingness to go the extra mile for you. For years, I had a terribly patchy beard. Hair transplant surgery has been a major improvement to my life both physically and mentally. Solve Clinics hadgreat customer service and care throughout the entire process. I've had friends and family do their procedures elsewhere/out of the country and have not experienced the level of care that I have received for the past year. It is now 12 months since my transplant, and I am very satisfied with the results. once I was able to accept the initial start, which meant to shave my head, the process became pretty easy, painless, and adaptable. My best advice is to be open and honest with others about what you're doing because it's going to be noticeable in the beginning. I went back to work in three days by my choice, because I wanted more time to heal. However, looking back, I probably could've gone to work in a day or two. The first couple months things did not look, of course, as I wanted them too. Once the healing began, I followed all the care instructions, and was proactive with it as well. I got results very quickly, and was even told by others and the clinicians that my progress was double what it normally would be. I seldom leave reviews but I wanted to leave one for Solve because of the great job they did. Prior to my procedure at Solve, I had 2 procedures from a very known hair restoration clinic in Chicago area (billboards everywhere). I was not happy with the results from this other place. After 2 procedures, I expected my hair to be thicker. Solve produced better results with fewer grafts. It's also easier getting in touch with someone at Solve when calling in. The Dr who did my surgery was John and the team who assisted him was Aleh, Crystal, Hakima, & Estrella. They made my surgery as enjoyable as it could be. I highly recommend Solve to anyone considering hair transplant surgery. From the cost, to the staff, to the results, everything surpassed my expectations and far exceeded my previous experience at another competitor. Lastly, another thing that I appreciated was my first appointment I had with Andrew. He was honest with me about how many grafts I was able to receive with Solve since I had already done 2 previous surgeries. This place is awesome! I didn't really know what I was getting into with this surgery, and was a bit nervous. Everyone there was very reassuring and friendly though, and made me feel much better about the process. When I got there I was super impressed with the customer service and how fancy the place was! Felt like a hotel more than a medical center. Got to relax with free drinks, food, and watch Netflix on their big screen. Almost forgot I was here for surgery. I am 40 years old and during COVID I finally decided to pull the trigger to have my FUE transplant done. I came here on Sept 10th 2020. The whole process was much easier than I had anticipated. I went in at 7:30am and left at around 3pm. There were 5 people working on me during the extraction process and 2-3 people during the grafts placement process. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Since I had never had surgery before I was quite nervous. They gave me valium and there was music during the entire process which I thought made the day so much easier to go by. Once the pill kicked in I was so calm and chill I wanted to fall asleep! I am 7 days post-surgery now. I haven't really experienced the pain that people have talked about, maybe there was some soreness in the donor area but those went away by day 3 or 4. They gave me day spray, night spray, sleeping pills and pain killers as part of the post-surgery pack. I slept really well since the day I had my surgery. 7 days into post-surgery most of the red and white scabs have come off. I've seen a few hairs fall off the past week but I am being told that's part of the normal process and they will regrow. In September 2020 I began PRP hair treatments at Solve Clinic in Skokie to address thinning hair on top of my scalp due to aging and an autoimmune disease. I could no longer part my hair in the center without the loss being obvious. I had read about the treatment for a few years and decided to take action. This place is great. I had my consultation with Mark and the doctor. They were very patient and answered all my questions and made me feel very secure about my decision. I have never done any type of surgery cosmetic or medical surgery and was terrified. I interviewed with restore and two other places and solve was by far the most comfortable to move forward with. The surgery took 7 hours and John and the two ladies were extremely attentive. I felt little to no pain and same with discomfort. Mark did a excellent job checking in on me as well as teaching me how to take care of the hair after the fact. I'm now on my last prp and plan on doing 1800 more graphs in a few months. If your someone like me that has doubts about cosmetic surgery I can say without a doubt this is worth it. WOW!! Is all I can say after leaving "solves clinic" I've struggled with depression, anxiety, self confidence, and overall self doubt for the longest time. The staff! All of em are amazing! Very good at what they do. They have a great setup over there to. I don't do well in surgery situations. I hate needles. But they kept me comfortable the entire time and the needles weren't a big deal at all and that's saying alot because this was a long procedure. For most of it I just hung out and watched a movie while they did their thing. I've heard about about pain post surgery but with the directions and medication they provide you as long as you follow them you're good. Andrew has followed up with me a few times also to answer any questions which has been a great help to. The staff there is also easy to get ahold of to have any questions answered to.
