Once I found out she was working for this salon, I immediately made an appointment for a root touch-up (I ended up making a second one later on for a haircut). Sue and I go way back. Both of us worked at Ulta together a few years ago and she was my hair stylist. It took a good 10 minutes on the phone before we could reschedule an appointment. It sounds like they're getting a lot of business and are super busy - here's a tip - hire more people to work those hours. This place can easily be passed up since it's dark and sorta in a strip mall without any signs outside. Compared to other laser centers, they come with a good guarantee but the price definitely shows - it's more expensive than other places and as for the results, same as other places.
