The Lincoln Park location, under the specific direction and leadership of Jasrielle, restored my patience in this franchise. I am a 42 year old African-American mom who saved $3,000 (paid timely) for their promising hair removal treatment. 10 painful sessions later, over 50% of my leg, under arm and facial hair remained. Before starting and throughout, I was kindly assured repeatedly that skin color, age, hair texture, etc. would not effect the promised results of 70-80% hair removal yet after ongoing dialogue, pictures, phone follow-up, emails, and office correspondence culture became so uncomfortable and difficult, I was exasperated when their final offer was to re-invest MORE money in their maintenance package even though the promised results were never delivered. 2 additional treatments were comp'd for face, under arm and thigh, but not lower leg and Jasrielle, saw through this absurdity and single handedly brought resolution. In the follow-up session that she coordinated alone, her location provided more kindness, clarity, excellence and results then the entire 10 prior treatments at neighboring Chicago locations. I am grateful, indebted and relief that this chapter is now closed. If you are going to gamble your time, emotional well-being and finances on this franchise- GO TO LINCOLN PARK and only ask for JASRIELLE. read more

The service that was offered was not overly expensive, but still provided great value for money. The cost was fair and in line with other services, and I was confident that I was getting the most out of my money. The staff were friendly Jocelin, jas & Nurse Nikki. They are knowledgeable, and made sure that all my questions were answered. They were also able to provide helpful advice on the best ways to use the service, which was very useful. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, which was important to me. I did not feel pressured or rushed into making a decision, and the staff were happy to let me take my time. The service that I received was of a very high quality. All the equipment was in excellent condition and was well maintained. The staff were also very helpful in making sure that I was getting the most out of the service. Overall, I was very impressed with the business. Everything was as promised and I was very satisfied with the service that I received. I genuinely don't have all the words to describe how amazing my visit was at laseraway located in Naperville, Illinois. Even before booking my appointment I had a bunch of questions and Jocelin Palafox Rojo was beyond the sweetest person I have ever spoken to because she was able to answer all my questions, broke down the cost of it all and made it so easy for me to understand. She is so amazing and I can't thank her enough for being so nice. I was able to book my appointment and when I entered the facility I was greeted by another sweet person by the name of Kelly Schmieder. She had a beautiful presence to her and made me feel so welcomed. I then had my procedure done, she was so lovely, kept checking in to see if I was okay and made me feel so comfortable. After my procedure was done both Jocelin/Kelly were beyond sweet and it felt like I was talking to old friends (this was my first time ever meeting them) they asked how everything went and again answered questions I had. Thank you again for being such lovely people and making me feel comfortable. read more

Although this was not my first laser hair removal salon visit, the experience was beyond my expectations. Being a Registered Nurse myself, I was surprised to hear that all the clinicians at LaserAway are Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners. Their knowledge, professionalism and bedside manners are exceptional. You can rest assure you are in the best hands possible. I had my first appointment for laser hair removal at the Bucktown location with registered nurse Natalie. Natalie was extremely professional but funny and empathetic at the same time. She explained everything throughout the treatment, answered my questions patiently and in a non-judgemental manner. And after the first treatment I can see results!!! This happens only with an advanced laser equipment and a great clinician technique. Thank you LaserAway! read more

The amazing clinicians at laseraway gave me such a great first laser experience!! I had never done laser hair reduction and they made me feel comfortable about reducing hair in such a sensitive area. The laseraway nurses were kind, informative, and incredibly quick without making me feel rushed. The laser was waaaaaay less painful than I expected and my nurse (Elizabeth) did a spectacular job at educating me about laser hair reduction and she was so attentive to any discomfort I had during the procedure. Great place, Great nurses and you can get ice cream afterwards at Jeni's!!! read more

I'm currently on treatment 2 of 8 of my laser hair removal treatment plan and so far it's been a wonderful experience! The receptionists are always so kind and happy to listen and answer any questions in detail. I've had two different estheticians so far do my treatment, one seemed a bit more detail oriented whereas the other was a bit quicker but they both seemed to get the job done well so no complaints here! The LP location is also in such a cute area and is kept very clean which makes you feel safe and excited for your treatment. :) read more

I have not yet had my LaserAway appointment but if it is anything close to the customer service I received from Kelly F. while setting up my appointments it will be a breeze. She spent so much time making sure I had every ounce of information from payments, laser points (loyalty points), what are the best packages and deals for me as well as what to expect after each appointment and how to fully prepare before. It really made the decision easy to move forward with LaserAway and super comfortable with what to expect. Thanks Kelly F! read more

I came across LaserAway at Pitchfork Fest and signed up for a discounted trial. This was my first experience with Xeomin, or any other facial injections for that matter. The process was quick and easy, the recovery extremely minimal... Everyone who worked at LaserAway was also super friendly! From my check in, to the consultation, to Elizabeth - the RN who administered the procedure - I felt like I was in good hands. Would recommend! read more

I cannot recommend LaserAway enough! I was initially concerned it might be painful or not be as effective as I'd like but I was wrong on both counts. Not only are the sessions painless, but I saw results within a couple of weeks after my first underarm session. I was so happy with the results I went ahead and started bikini as well. The staff and nurses are very knowledgeable and kind. You wont be disappointed. read more

My son and I are clients at LaserAway in Lincoln Park and we love everyone there. The girls at the front desk are so sweet, and nice. We both have Nadia work on us and she is the absolute best. Nadia is so patient with us especially since me and my son tend to have anxiety before getting treated. Nadia talks to us and let's us know exactly what is happening. She makes us feel so comfortable and is just amazing. read more
