The laser Removery uses is SIGNIFICANTLY less painful than what I experienced at the place I was going before, which claimed to have had "the newest technology" (obviously bs). Removal is of course never going to be comfortable, but I would say the pain level with Removery's laser is about a 4/10 compared to dang near close to a 10/10 at the other place. I had some issues regarding a misleading consultation that resulted in unfair pricing, however, Angie the studio manager eagerly stepped in to help with a quick & fair solution. She is super sweet, along with all of the staff I've met at this location! I'm still in the long & dreadful removal process unfortunately, but Removery is trying to get the job done as quickly as possible while also ensuring not to cause any additional skin damage that I obtained at my prior removal place. I'm almost at the finish line, but super happy Removery prioritizes quality treatment over speed!

The staff was again very communicative throughout, from how long my wait time was to aftercare and how soon I could come back for a second treatment, if needed. And this was on a busy Saturday afternoon. The major difference was the laser itself. The laser has a built-in cooling system that chills the skin, DRASTICALLY reducing the pain that normally comes along with the removal process. It was an absolute night-and-day difference from my treatments in the past. And as always (I've had many tattoos done here) the staff is friendly and the place is spotless! A very strong 5 out of 5.

The only issue is they overcomplicate the process. They make you meet with an NP before and during the treatment process virtually. They frequently text you to reschedule last minute. There's a 48 hr window for a cancellation fee; they wait until after the window to cancel has closed and then ask you to schedule an appt with an NP to answer yes and no questions (that you already answered online and in the appointment); I assume most people have a day job and can't just make a last minute useless appointment or your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged bc it's in the cancellation fee window. I've arrived to appointments multiple times where others are being told they are double booked and have to reschedule after they've already arrived.
