The only issue is they overcomplicate the process. They make you meet with an NP before and during the treatment process virtually. They frequently text you to reschedule last minute. There's a 48 hr window for a cancellation fee; they wait until after the window to cancel has closed and then ask you to schedule an appt with an NP to answer yes and no questions (that you already answered online and in the appointment); I assume most people have a day job and can't just make a last minute useless appointment or your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged bc it's in the cancellation fee window. I've arrived to appointments multiple times where others are being told they are double booked and have to reschedule after they've already arrived.

I got the Personalized Facial with a complimentary skin consultation with Xia. And it was so beyond amazing. This was by far one of the most intensive facials that I have ever gotten and I loved how much attention to detail Xia had throughout our entire session. During the initial consultation, we talked about my skin concerns, she looked at my skin to identify any trouble spots, and we talked about lifestyle factors that may impact my skin development BEFORE we even decided on the treatment itself. And upon speaking with further aesthetic professionals was told that it was definitely looking like a money grab, they wanted to do BBL laser to my already lightly colored lips and learned through other professionals that that particular procedure would have mad them even lighter. I definitely expressed that that was a concern of mine and was interested in doing a lip blushing because they are so lightly colored. So thank God, I didn't listen to their awful recommendations and of course they want to put as much Botox as humanly possible in your face, even though I told her that 38 units was the maximum that I had ever done. In the late evening of the day before my procedure they contacted me to tell me that their medical director had decided not to work with me... less than 24 hours notice! I rearranged my travel schedule and other important dates so that I was able to get the things done that I needed. (as I was put on a month long schedule for certain procedures to be done) The worst part was is that no one could tell me why they decided not to go forward with my treatments. this place may have some nice reviews, but from what I see is major incompetence, immaturity, and unprofessionalism.
