During my first visit to the studio, I received all three services. Christina, my nurse practitioner, was excellent during my first visit. The Botox facial was impressive, It's made to just penetrate the top layer of skin and not the actual muscle and it does wonders for your skin texture especially your pores. Unfortunately the upper face treatment required me to walk around with one eyebrow raised significantly higher than the other due to the two-week waiting period for the treatment to set in. I tried emailing the head nurses but I did not hear back and so I just went back to the studio and despite my efforts to have them correct it earlier, they are VERY STRICT about the two week waiting period. So be warned. I was also disappointed to learn that the massater muscle treatment is not unlimited. I grind my teeth and the main reason I started getting Botox and require a substantial amount of units on each side, but the highest they offer is 30 units per side. I have been getting Botox treatment for years and no one ever knew because I do it very subtle but the eyebrow gave me up. So much for 10 years of discretion. During my second visit, I only came in for the Botox facial, I was unexpectedly placed with another nurse practitioner. I made an explicit effort to wait and come in specifically to work with Christina to avoid a repeat of my previous experience. The new nurse practitioner was unsure of what formula Christina used the last time, so we had to wait for Christina to finish with her other client to find out. Then I was informed me that the facial had undergone a significant change; it used to be four passes across the face using micro-needles reduced to two passes. She also mentioned that the formula had been enhanced, resulting in improved outcomes, so I went ahead and did it. Upon leaving the studio, I did not notice any noticeable pinkness, which should have been my first sign. That was July 30 and weeks later, I am still awaiting any results. While the treatment is convenient and relatively affordable, the lack of results and the lack of transparency before you come in for service is very disappointing . I have given the studio a one-star rating due to the pleasant atmosphere of the staff. However, both visits fell short of my expectations, which is unfortunate considering the studio's convenience.
