I was advised that my face and brows are uneven - which I know they are, haha. But, I think that it might be more about how they do injections because I've had excellent results with a doctor's office in DC (where the nurse made smaller injections and more distributed along my forehead as opposed to injecting more Botox in a few spots. Or perhaps they don't have as much experience with East Asian faces. The team are super nice there, and if there are any undesirable results, they invite you back to make the corrections.

I had a horrible experience with earlobe reconstruction surgery after my left earlobe had to be…read moreremoved because of melanoma. I went through two earlobe reconstructive surgeries and ended up without an earlobe after my second surgery. The flesh which was created in the first surgery for my earlobe was cut off and flattened in the second surgery and sewn to the side of my face. I ended up with just a flat, small piece of flesh. No left earlobe was created. I was led along by the nurses for this particular plastic surgeon after the second surgery. They said it was not going to end up looking like this and things could be done in the office to make it look better. My right earlobe is larger and hangs free and the difference between the two is definitely noticeable. At my last visit with the surgeon, he said nobody notices ears anyhow which I have found not to be true. He has since left for private practice. I think I know what happened to cause this and have asked a couple of times in MyChart and in person but have never received an answer. I did not expect to.

Their Botox prices have always been considerably higher than many competitors, but I accepted that because I believed I was receiving the promised discount. At my most recent appointment, I was quoted $1,200 for Botox--approximately double what I had paid previously. Only after I arrived was I told that the 20% facelift-patient discount no longer applied because it had been more than one year since my surgery. That expiration was never disclosed to me beforehand, nor was I informed of the significant price increase when I made the appointment. After investing $30,000 with this practice, I expected more transparency and a greater commitment to patient loyalty. If the discount expires after one year, that should be clearly disclosed from the outset. Likewise, if prices have increased dramatically, patients should be informed before they come in for their appointment. My advice to prospective patients is to discuss expectations thoroughly, ask for all pricing and discount policies in writing, and verify the current cost of follow-up treatments before scheduling.

I however haven't been seeing results so I read all the reviews here and decided to give Faye a call this past Tuesday. I wasn't expecting to be able to be fitted in within 24 hours but Faye had room due to a cancelation so I grabbed the appointment and I'm so grateful that I did! Based on my issues with hyperpigmentation and dull skin Faye decided to start with micrdermabrasion followed by a light peel and then an ipl infrared laser treatment. I hadn't had microdermasion in ages because it's become less popular at most medical spas so I was pleased to see how much brighter my skin looked and noticed the pores on my nose shrunk a bit too. The peel was allowed to penetrate deeper after the microdermabrasion treatment and the laser was administered to help lighten some of my troublesome dark spots that are on my cheeks. Overall I'm deeply satisfied with the results and I highly recommend Skin Deep spa for anyone seeking an authentic anti aging treatment that actually gives you instant results. She is wonderful and I highly recommend her for dysport/botox services. I will say that the price is on the more expensive end, but the service is really reliable and lasts a long time.
