The only issue is they overcomplicate the process. They make you meet with an NP before and during the treatment process virtually. They frequently text you to reschedule last minute. There's a 48 hr window for a cancellation fee; they wait until after the window to cancel has closed and then ask you to schedule an appt with an NP to answer yes and no questions (that you already answered online and in the appointment); I assume most people have a day job and can't just make a last minute useless appointment or your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged bc it's in the cancellation fee window. I've arrived to appointments multiple times where others are being told they are double booked and have to reschedule after they've already arrived.

FINALLY found a go-to facial spot for my needs. I've always been skeptical and iffy about facials…read morebecause I'm already a skincare addict, but after meeting Audrey, Sarah, and Ronie.. I'll forever be going back for my facial and injection needs. I tried an advanced VI Peel with Audrey (@audrey_spaderma) and learned a lot because she was very educational and tended to my skin texture and pore needs. I got a lot of compliments post peel and thought I was just oily but when I touched my skin, it was like BABY CHEEKS and naturally glowing. My first ever hydrafacial was with Sarah (@sarah_spaderma) and I also went through a microneedling treatment plan and honestly, it fixed these acne scars I've had and also one on my nose that "only I can see" but it definitely smoothed out. I still remember when I told Sarah I love it when people go ham and CLEAR ME UP, and she responded "Oh, I go ham" and she extracted out my pores and my face always feels refreshed afterwards. I was introduced to Ronie (@ronie_spaderma) when I got interested in trying Botox, I ended up with Dysport and Ronie is the best. She's quick and efficient and knows exactly what I need without making me feel self conscious and feel the botox. She's also lowkey famous with local celebrity clients so check her out! I just DM them on instagram and they're super nice and knowledgeable to your needs so no worries on how to get started!

Like all TikTok places, I was a little sus-ed out but I did my research, read my reviews online, and saw the 25% first-time promo and I booked my first visit. AND IT WAS AMAZING!!! Few Tips before going: - If this is your first time at this spa, check their website and confirm with them via call on the promotions that they may be running! Each of the promotions that you may see online through TikTok or in the reviews have different periods of eligibility so be sure to check with them before going. - Whenever I was booking, they said that the times online may be a bit off than the actual availabilities so calling them directly is the best way to go in scheduling your visits. I got the Personalized Facial with a complimentary skin consultation with Xia. And it was so beyond amazing. This was by far one of the most intensive facials that I have ever gotten and I loved how much attention to detail Xia had throughout our entire session. During the initial consultation, we talked about my skin concerns, she looked at my skin to identify any trouble spots, and we talked about lifestyle factors that may impact my skin development BEFORE we even decided on the treatment itself. Once the treatment started, I'll be honest, I don't remember much because it was so relaxing. The only part that I remember was the pain from the extraction and in those moments, I truly understood what people meant by no pain, no gain. But I appreciated how they took the entirety of the hour to prep and walk you through each step of the facial. Overall - phenomenal experience. Staff from the estheticians to the front desk were so knowledgeable and kind.

Worst experience here would not EVER recommend visiting this place, wasting your time, money or…read moreenergy. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Went in for a consultation. Everything seemed to go fine although they really seemed to want to add a lot of unnecessary procedures to that I wasn't interested in obtaining. And upon speaking with further aesthetic professionals was told that it was definitely looking like a money grab, they wanted to do BBL laser to my already lightly colored lips and learned through other professionals that that particular procedure would have mad them even lighter. I definitely expressed that that was a concern of mine and was interested in doing a lip blushing because they are so lightly colored. So thank God, I didn't listen to their awful recommendations and of course they want to put as much Botox as humanly possible in your face, even though I told her that 38 units was the maximum that I had ever done. In the late evening of the day before my procedure they contacted me to tell me that their medical director had decided not to work with me... less than 24 hours notice! I rearranged my travel schedule and other important dates so that I was able to get the things done that I needed. (as I was put on a month long schedule for certain procedures to be done) The worst part was is that no one could tell me why they decided not to go forward with my treatments. this place may have some nice reviews, but from what I see is major incompetence, immaturity, and unprofessionalism. I had nearly a month between my consultation and the start of my procedures I could have made other arrangements if I had known that they didn't want to work with me. Now I am in need of finding another professional, booking those appointments and I won't be ready for weddings and other special events this Autumn. If I could give zero stars, I would.
