They gave step-by-step post-op care instructions that were easy to follow, and called several times to check in on me during the first week as well! After my initial procedure, I decided to also start PRP treatments to continue to promote strong hair growth - big shoutout to Jane at the River North location who has made those appointments so easy and actually enjoyable. The staff again is great - I have a busy work schedule and have had to reschedule a few times and they've always been super accommodating. I'm truly thankful to everyone at Solve for helping me gain back some confidence that I'd be missing for quite a while. It's now been 18 months since my original procedure and I continue to go back for PRP treatments for maintenance.
