Once the guy running the shop could see how excited my husband was getting at different things, he started taking him around to different things to listen to and try. It was a really cool thing! The giant pipe things hanging from the ceiling were really neat, maybe my fave part! We looked at the giant tuning forks and I really wanted my husband to get the sort of drum kalimba combo thing, but sadly we didn't leave with anything, I think mainly because of transporting anything back home. I ended up buying one of the most unique thumb pianos I've ever seen, but it was honestly hard not to want to figure out how to fit one of those chairs in our RV! What a great surprise to not only find a repair shop but also to find that Kenny is a skilled, knowledgeable technician as well a a great musician. I was under a little bit of a time crunch and so he told me to come back in an hour. As I pulled back in their driveway my phone rang and it was Kenny letting me know it was completed. He gave me great detail about what it needed and how he corrected it. Bottom line is it now played beautifully. Couldn't be happier and I highly recommend Kenny's services. Not only did John fix it right there in front of us, but John complemented my kiddo on how well he was caring for his instrument, Andy was working near John and showed us his current project, and John talked with us like old friends while he worked on my son's guitar.
