My boss gave me a 2015 Mac and I was unable to do much with it (mainly download Word) and I had a deadline; being completely un-savvy when it comes to anything technical, I called Alpine. My hope was it just needed a little love, but wasn't sure if love would be enough, I needed a specialist. Alpine got back to me super fast (so unusual in Flagstaff) and got me all set up right away. Everything was explained to me, I was given options, I was given a complete estimate (which was exactly what I ended up paying). Honestly, as soon as she started explaining everything to me, I knew I was in good hands; it was such a relief! I thought the price was fair, I thought she was super helpful, polite and knew what she was doing. And, most important, I got my laptop back in time to meet my writing deadline. More businesses in Flagstaff should follow their business model. I am a firm believer in supporting small and local businesses and Alpine makes it too easy. My advice is don't call anyone else, because it is a waste of time! Call Alpine first and you will not be disappointed; you are in good hands with Alpine. Thanks again to Alpine for everything!!!! read more

The best. Simple as that. Masterful deep experienced problem-solving. Patient, thorough, prompt. Concise detailed explanations. Ian is my computer guy since I moved from Phoenix to Flag in late '19. This is the best computer and software repair shop I've ever experienced. read more

I went in because my laptop screen needed to be replaced, I got my laptop back almost a week later, and when I went home I discovered my screen would glitch and occasionally turn half black and half white, I had called them the day I picked my laptop back up and was told they could t do anything that day since they were closing early and weren't going to be open the following day (4th of July) I was told I would get a call Monday, I never received that call, I called yesterday (Tuesday) and it went to voicemail, than I called today, voicemail, so I called using my friends phone and they answered, I was then told about how it wasn't their problem that my screen didn't function correctly and how they had "proof that it's fine" when I tried explaining I'd be happy to send over photos with time stamps of how my screen didn't work I was told "I have pictures too". What does that even mean?! read more

Great service, and got me a better price than bestbuy, and quicker than they said, also local so I like that

Excellent service again! I went to Alpine for computer repairs and picked it up on 5/1/25. I received excellent, personal service at an affordable price. Ian was my technician. He even helped me after the sale. I trust the company with my computer, using them four times on various machines. My name is Lou, and I stand by my review. read more

This place is super grimey, was quoted 390 for my MacBook repair, not only did they take an extra few days to complete but once I went to pick it up they charged me an additional 140 and said it was their "labor fee" when it was NEVER mentioned and was put in the invoice after I had already signed and dropped off my laptop. Nor was it placed in the charge section of the invoice it was added in a bubble by my signature. Don't give this place your business they are dirty people. read more

I took my computer into this shop on 12/3/24 after speaking with Ian, who indicated he could fix my iTunes issue (not burning CD-Rs). I was told that my computer would be ready by the morning of 12/5 because of an overload of customer requests. Fast-forward to Dec. 9th and my issue was not fixed (a week later). I doubt they even looked at it. I went to recover my PC and was charged $75 for nothing. I'm guessing that I paid for a week of storage. I will now look for another repair service and having used Alpine before, this is not a service I can still recommend. read more

Moved to Northern Arizona last year. So I did some research on the Internet for computer repair. After 5 years my desktop needed a New hard drive, Alpine Computer had 5 Star rating and now I know why. Dropped my computer off with Andria, next morning she called me about my computer, no sales pitch, she explained that my computer needed a new hard drive. A few days later the computer was home and works and is fast like the day I brought it home. Thank you Andria read more

I finally got a request from an agent to read my novel manuscript, and my MacBook Pro died! I was frantic. Andrea at Alpine took it the same day I came in with it and had it fixed before I finished my chores in town and went home. Thank you so much! read more

I am so impressed with the service I received from Alpine Computer Repair! We took them a malfunctioning laptop, and their friendly, personalized, highly professional service was extraordinary, far beyond the norm in today's world. Also, they charged us less than I expected. For me to write a review proves that Alpine is exceptional, for this is only the second review I have ever written (I wrote the other a few years ago for a car repair place in Phoenix). read more

1/3/2023 Hard drives fill or die. This December I went to Alpine for my sick drive. It was the third time I used them and all three times my machine got stellar service and expert repairs, at a great price. It's good to have a technician you can trust with your hardware, software, data and wallet. After the repairs, the Lenovo was faster than when I purchased it. Alpine is my go to company when my computer fails. Lou Blazquez read more

So nice to me while I got my computer fixed. My hard drive had failed, and they offered to let me drop it off until they could get to it. I believe it was only a week for my laptop to get fixed and I feel like it's running even faster than before. They were so kind and walked me through everything they had done. I'll come back here for all my computer repair needs. Support local! read more

After four years my iMac's hard drive completely called it quits. I was on the fence as to wether getting a new updated iMac or simply repairing my current one. As my current one was plenty fast with all power I need for my data intensive music & video applications I went about calling on several repair shops. I was most impressed by helpfulness, great care & attention of all the employees at this small local shop. They answered all my questions with an honest & genuine tone that revealed they really care about their customers & gave me several options to choose from. This level of personable customer care is just nonexistent with larger chain operations. Alpine installed a new higher quality, faster, increased capacity hard drive for a very reasonable price. The quality of their work is readily evident. I will be returning for all my future repair needs as well transferring all my data from my old hard drive. They are highly recommended. read more

These guys/gals rock!...Had me up and running from an os install problem within a few hours for a reasonable price. More importantly they had great hours, were pleasant, and were willing to talk and explain the problems/options to me. I will be bringing all our computers here for upgrades/service. Very happy! Thank you. read more

The screen on my laptop was broken, so I had to find someone to fix it. I called around to most places, but most didn't give me the time of day. I called Alpine Computer Repair, and was greeted by a friendly voice. The first attentive and polite person I'd talk to all day. The whole experience was fantastic, I called at least 10 times with different questions every time, and they were always happy to answer my questions. They always went the extra mile. It was a pleasant experience, I would recommend taking your broken technology here. read more

Both my wife and I have used Alpine several times. Their work is excellent, pricing very fair, and they are always cheerful. In these trying times, cheerful interaction is always welcome. Would give 6 stars if possible. Fantastic customer service and work quality. Truly an "honest shop". My Mac had slowed considerably after loading El Capitan. All advice came across as completely honest with no pressure to spend money on upgrades. Diagnostics were free, along with lots of suggestions for speeding up my machine. They informed me that my Mac is getting old and it is probably not worth sinking a lot of money into new battery or hard drive. This info was much appreciated. I decided in the end to upgrade the RAM, a cheap fix, but again, with no pressure from Alpine...just confirmation that this was probably a good choice. Thank you! Great company. Very highly recommend. read more

Andrea was great. She spent time with my daughter and I regarding the best option for a failed laptop keyboard. Work was done timely and for a fair price. Highly recommend this local business. read more

Took a laptop in because a virus apparently wiped the Windows 10 program off my laptop. Had to have Windows 10 put back on. Andrea was excellent. She explained things well and the estimate to get it back up and running was just what she said it would be. She was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Alpine Computer repair for any computer needs. Thanks Andrea read more
