They didn't have the battery in stock so they ordered a new one. They never called to tell me my part was ready. I called a week later and made an appointment to get it installed. Sorry to leave a bad review but the guy expressed no regret and didn't care that I was taking my business elsewhere. They seem very disorganized.

I have an old iPhone that had a battery that needed to be replaced (it was just under 6 years old…read moreby that time). I came back when they asked me to (they had staffing shortages when I first went there), and after an inspection appointment they scheduled me for a repair appointment very soon after. Apple's website quoted the repair at $89 or $99, and then the person checking me out hit Enter and could not tell me why the price had gone down to $75, no coupons or store credit that I was aware of, and I was not going to argue or ask too many questions. They also said that they just happened to have my part in stock at the store, so no further waiting. I signed the paperwork and was given a quote of 2.5 hours for the repair. They called me after about 2 hours and said my phone was ready. I get there and they said that everything was fine, but the old screen came apart during the repair, and because it was their fault, they covered the $230 parts and labor bill for a new screen. They also said that that just happens sometimes with new phones. So a new battery and screen for under a month's service is not too shabby. Hopefully the phone serves me well for another 2 years until I'm finished with school and get a higher-paying job.

My hope was it just needed a little love, but wasn't sure if love would be enough, I needed a specialist. Alpine got back to me super fast (so unusual in Flagstaff) and got me all set up right away. Everything was explained to me, I was given options, I was given a complete estimate (which was exactly what I ended up paying). Honestly, as soon as she started explaining everything to me, I knew I was in good hands; it was such a relief! I thought the price was fair, I thought she was super helpful, polite and knew what she was doing. And, most important, I got my laptop back in time to meet my writing deadline. More businesses in Flagstaff should follow their business model. I am a firm believer in supporting small and local businesses and Alpine makes it too easy. My advice is don't call anyone else, because it is a waste of time! Call Alpine first and you will not be disappointed; you are in good hands with Alpine. Thanks again to Alpine for everything!!!!
