(This, in December!) Having previously purchased a printer from Flagstaff Computer Guys, I went to them after another computer repair outfit (out of town) had been unable to recover my missing files from either crashed drive. Scott Tabako efficiently and calmly tested both drives, and to my absolute delight quickly recovered my key files, then guided me on purchase of a new backup NAS and backup-power devices to prevent this from happening in the future. Flagstaff Computer Guys is a father and son family business. Great guys who really know their stuff, and the fact that they remained calm and cheerful while addressing my emergency really helped. Highly recommended! (CAUTION: There is a similarly named but unrelated business elsewhere in town, with whom I have no experience.)

Custom Sight and Sound (CSS) was okay with the work completed. However, the messed up on many areas…read moreand blamed other people (i.e, the home builder) for their mistakes. CSS did not know what a double hung window (i.e., can open from either the top or the bottom (unlike single-hung, which only open from the bottom) Thus, the installed wired security contacts at the bottom of the window but not the top. Thus, they only installed 1/2 of the window security contacts needed. As a result, we had to have the top half of the windows secured (with screws) by Pella Windows so they would never be able to open/close because they were not monitored by the security system. CSS ran out of brown security contacts at a few locations (that were installed at every other window in our house). So CSS put in white security contacts on our brown stained windows and tried to cover them up with a magic marker. CSS refused to come out and fix this issue. In addition, two of these security contacts are not working correctly and setoff alarms constantly. CSS will not come out and fix. CSS had one wire going to the main security panel that was not labeled. The owner Daniel's wife called me and said that CSS installs a lot of security wires that they don't always use. Thus, they don't label them. ?????? I would love to upload my taped phone conversations with her and Daniel. Recommendation for Arizona residents: Tape your phone calls with all contractors to protect yourself from A holes like this!
