(This, in December!) Having previously purchased a printer from Flagstaff Computer Guys, I went to them after another computer repair outfit (out of town) had been unable to recover my missing files from either crashed drive. Scott Tabako efficiently and calmly tested both drives, and to my absolute delight quickly recovered my key files, then guided me on purchase of a new backup NAS and backup-power devices to prevent this from happening in the future. Flagstaff Computer Guys is a father and son family business. Great guys who really know their stuff, and the fact that they remained calm and cheerful while addressing my emergency really helped.
