They showed up on time and were friendly and were thorough in answering some of our questions about how to extend the life of our area rug and carpets. They cleaned the rug, couch, and a few rooms and added a protectant to the rug. I will say (and I feel like this is like anything) they did upsell and what we ended up paying was definitely more than we expected but I don't think that was on them really, we booked knowing the base cost they just did their job and sold us on extras.

I thought it would be an interim hire, but the guy was so dependable and conscientious I never had a reason to hire my own guy (within my company) to maintain this property. There were times I wouldn't contact or hear from Paul for a month because he (and I) knew that he was just going to take care of things. Point is Paul is one of those rare finds in construction and maintenance that you can tell him what you'd like done and he just handles it. Best I can say is hire Paul for one project and you will be calling him for your next project and your project after that. When there was something nonrelated to his scope of work I would call him for a Flagstaff referral (I live in Phoenix) and he seems to know everyone up in Northern Arizona, so he has plenty of contacts. I spent the entire day visiting various auto repair shops, but everyone was either too busy or unable to help. As a last-ditch effort, I stopped by Mayorga's a little after 4 PM -- even though they close at 4:30. Despite being near the end of their day, they took the time to help me out. They expertly welded a new bolt head onto the stripped one and removed it without issue. What truly blew me away? They didn't even charge me.
