Needed to move two large pieces of furniture, a big desk and a large sofa, down two flights of stairs. Took a few pictures and sent them to Jordan, and within a few minutes he sent me a quote. The whole process was easy. I gave him a date, and he confirmed a one hour time slot and the guys were right on time. They immediately got to work wrapping the pieces and carefully getting them down the stairs. The guys that showed up were super professional and very careful. Could not have gone any better. Will definitely use again. read more

Flagstaff Moving Company - Movers Near Me - Flagstaff, Arizona

I want to give a huge shout out to Anthony, Ethan and Cayden. They help me move from Phoenix up to Flagstaff. This was one of the easiest and smoothest moves I've ever done. Great communication from Anthony when it came to scheduling as well as pricing estimations and what to expect. I appreciated the honesty. They said they pride themselves in hustling and getting things done fast but also in a professional manner and they did that. Ethan and Cayden were my movers. These guys showed up right on time got right to work. I saw the attention to detail when moving my furniture around and I really appreciated that they're very respectful and they didn't waste time, and were easy to work with. This was a great experience. The pricing is just as competitive if not better than other movering companies, so if you are trying to decide I would go with these guys you won't be disappointed. read more

Flagstaff Moving Company - Moving - Movers Near Me - Flagstaff, Arizona

Perfect from start to finish. Great communication, fast and thorough movers with attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Flagstaff Moving Company moved us from Flagstaff to TN. Everything went smoothly as promised. The entire team is excellent! It was nice having just our belongings not mixed with other households as is the case with the large nationwide van lines. Or items were delivered and unload on the day promised. With the large van lines, you can wait days/weeks until they deliver other people's items on the way to your home. Give this local business the opportunity to serve you. You won't be disappointed! read more

I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience! They showed up on time, packed my kitchen and moved me out of the house in about 5 hours, then drove 1.5 hours to the new house and unloaded in another 5 hours. They helped me adjust where furniture looked better, put down rugs, assembled my bed, and even took off a door I wanted removed. They did a great job with some big items-washer and dryer, treadmill... and all works fine. I was very pleased and recommend them highly! read more

They were on time Moved furniture without damaging it or the hallways Fast response to my inquiry and good communication Reasonable pricing! Higher with confidence! read more

Flagstaff Moving Company moved us today and was terrific. The best movers I have ever used. Austin and his crew were fast and careful. They even disassembled some furniture and reassembled it to get it into rooms. They were very knowledgeable on challenging furniture moving situations like getting large patio sofas onto a second story deck. Best of all, they were terrific guys that came to work with a positive, friendly attitude. The move cost less than I anticipated. Always nice to have expectations exceeded. read more

Absolutely wonderful job of wrapping, packing, loading and moving my 28-year "collection" of furniture, accessories, clothing...EVERYTHING from Flagstaff to Scottsdale. Hot temps. They RAN when returning to the truck for each and every load to carry and place in new home. Bright, caring, careful and skilled team. I could not give ANYONE a higher rating! One of the worst moving company I have ever contacted! Set up a walk through when making a phone call, and no one showed up on that day we made the appointment! When I called to figure out what was happened, no one answered the call or even gave me a call back on that day. I will never do the business with this company which is very unprofessional and disrespectful! read more

Spoke to Sheldon. He explained how they worked so there were no surprises. They called a couple times before arrival and communicated very well. The movers were quick and professional. They worked hard the entire time. The only only con was that I was initially told that they did help with the packing of boxes. Sheldon mentioned that they did have one job before coming to my place, but could help with whatever they needed. On moving day, they told us that they didn't help with the packing and strictly moved boxes. So that put us behind. They also underestimated the amount we had. It took 2 half days and 3 trips. But for the third move, I didn't hear back and assumed they were busy (it was a busy moving week) so I rented a uhaul and did it myself. Overall, the best moving company I've worked with and would totally hire them again (although I hope this is the last move I'll ever do!) read more

Flagstaff Moving Company moved me 6/28, they came before I expected, they were professional, fast, efficient. They moved my entire apt to the new location and unpacked in less than two hours. Highly recommend them for your next move. read more

Shelton is a great entrepreneur who took the time to tell me about his company. He was very communicative scheduling the move day, and was very responsive over text. I had 6 movers load my house into the trailer, so I requested 4 movers to unload, just to be safe. Brett and Brandon showed up and they were so fast and efficient. They were crazy strong, because they didn't seem to have trouble with moving anything. They even moved my 8 foot unwieldy couch into the living room without the help of the 2 extra guys. It took 6 guys to load that thing into the trailer in Los Angeles. Everything went without a hitch. Shelton followed up with an error on the invoice, which he diligently fixed. Honest mistake. I appreciated his business acumen and highly recommend him and his polite crew of hard working young men. read more

I had a move and was disappointed.  I had an upright piano and said I had 2 people who could help so we were told they could handle.  There was no tools/straps available and now I'm having to call a different moving company last minute. They did not have masks or offered and I have immune compromised people around. I needed to keep room and was very unimpressed with the skill level. They were nice, but put couches over wheel wells so it scratched the base and didn't use the space effectively, you will see the couches and other furniture didnt use the 36 blankets I had.  I paid the base fee of $250 and was told they were available for 85 an hour after that.  I said great, I could use them for probably closer to 3 or 4.  They had to go after 2.5, so again had to have someone else come and help.  Just seemed like I could have hired someone for $15 an hour off Craigslist and got the same thing.  Heres a pic of the way the truck was loaded.  I ended up rearranging a lot of stuff. In the end, it just felt like a paid a lot and didn't get what I needed. read more

Flagstaff Moving Company - Pic of Uhaul - Movers Near Me - Flagstaff, Arizona

Best customer service EVER. They showed up on time to move my daughter from her apartment into a storage facility than showed up on time to move her from the storage facility to her new apartment. They answered all phone calls and questions, were very polite and quick and efficient. They moved a two bedroom apartment in just two hours and nothing got damaged. They even recommended the storage facility which may not seem like much but when you don't live in town recommendations are important. Would absolutely recommend in the future. read more

Today we used Flagstaff Moving Company to move our storage unit. Scott and Alex were our movers, they were friendy and efficient. They took care of our stuff as if it were their own. I would recommend this company. Thanks again guys! read more

These guys are awesome! I hired them initially just to help move my bedroom furniture, but they were so quick I asked if they could help with the rest of my stuff too. Great guys-- friendly, fast, efficient and affordable! They were careful and my stuff arrived damage free. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

This was by far one of the easiest contracting and execution with a moving service that I've experienced in a very long time. Shelton answered the phone right away and helped me out when I needed to have an estate cleared out quickly (like same day). His crew that showed up was awesome and efficient and knocked it out at supersonic speed. They even helped me reposition a few things from upper floors to lower floors. Give them a call you won't be disappointed after your move wraps based on my experience. read more

These guys were great! We had them take care of all the heavy stuff we just flat out didn't want to move ourselves and they were equally efficient and careful. Really friendly, too, we'd hang out with them any time! Couldn't recommend more, they even came in under their estimated time. read more

They did a great job and went the extra mile when placing furniture in new apartment.

I was pleasantly surprised by this company. Excellent, polite, thoughtful, helpful workers! Punctual, no-nonsense, cooperative workers, at a price that was a smokin deal. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They exceeded my expectations. Thank you guys, and good luck! read more

Pros) They are nice guys. Cons) They don't read boxes and as such, your items end up in random locations on the other end of your move, They don't know how to pack-one of them put a cactus plant, sideways, wrapped in bubble wrap in a box then packed things on top of it, Breakage-we had many things broken, not detail oriented-many things were left at our former home that were supposed to be moved, They don't do in person estimates this our move took twice as long and cost twice as much, they were late on moving day and brought a trailer they were warned would not fit in our driveway, thus backed up moving three hours and had them renting a UHaul. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Very disappointed-would not recommend. If you have a high end move, look elsewhere. Probably good for apartments and dorm moves but not large homes. read more

Just moved to Flagstaff from Portland, OR. Expected help on this end, and had none. Decided to try doing it myself. I'm an aged, disabled vet, that has spent the last 20 years at around 250 foot elevation. I was sucking wind and not getting a thing done. On a last minute call, these guys were at my location less than an hour later, and less than 45 minutes later it was done. Friendly, fast, professional, respectful. Do not hesitate to use them for your moving needs. They really saved our butts. Thanks guys! read more

As far as I'm concerned, Flagstaff Moving Company is the only moving company to consider in Flagstaff. When Shelton provided the estimate, I let him know that I thought two hours labor on each end might not be enough and that I was prepared for more labor hours in the move. The two movers showed up promptly at 6:00 am, and had the entire house loaded into the trailer by 7:30. These guys are strong! Prompt, hard working, professional, friendly, and extremely careful. Not one scratch or mishap. They seemed to enjoy themselves while they worked. Until now, I had associated moving with stress, and have been overcharged in the past. Flagstaff Moving Company made our move literally stress-free. I give them the highest recommendation. read more

These guys moved a gun safe up a steep driveway for me on extremely short notice. Even though they were busy with moves outside of Flagstaff, they always stayed in touch with me in order to find a time that they could fit me in their schedule. Great, friendly, helpful people. I highly recommend them! read more

If you want your stuff to arrive on time and in one piece I would not use this moving company. The driver I had almost got the trailer stuck and then almost took out another car with his trailer. He then laughed about it like it was no big deal. Very unprofessional, I would never support such a crude action or a business that thinks such crude actions are okay again read more

My wife and I hired Flagstaff moving company to help us unload our 26ft moving truck into our new condo after we drove it across the country from New Jersey. I was able to coordinate the unloading via phone with no trouble and the pricing information I was given was transparent and fair. Two young gentlemen wearing clean crisp "Flagstaff Moving Company" shirts showed up at our new place promptly at the agreed upon time, took a few minutes to look around the house and truck, and then got to work. They were both incredibly nice, hardworking, and treated our stuff with respect. We had most of our boxes labeled with the location in the house which they carefully adhered to, and they asked where to put things we hadn't labeled. The unloading process included moving several heavy pieces of furniture upstairs and these guys handled it incredibly well. We'd had a different company load our truck in New Jersey and I asked them to point out any damaged furniture they came across which they were careful to do. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Flagstaff Moving Company in the future. read more

We used Flagstaff Movers to empty a 1700 sq/ft home and move some things to a storage unit and others to our current garage (both were 45 minutes way). So, it was a bit complex. They were fantastic and professional in their work. They work very fast, but take very good care of your items. I would highly recommend them for any type of move you have, small or large, across town or across the state. They really are genuinely great guys and hard workers.... A good thing to see these days. All of this and their price is much less the the local competition. read more

Flagstaff Moving Company is prompt, friendly, and fast. Shelton and his team have moved my household and come back several times to assist with re-arranging heavy furniture or taking it to storage. In all those interactions, nothing has gone missing or been damaged. Thanks Shelton, it's good to know there are honest, careful people in the business!! read more

Excellent service and a reasonable price. I will definitely call Shelton again if I do another Flagstaff move.

On January 30, 2018, Flagstaff Moving Company moved our furniture from storage into our recently purchased home in Forest Highlands. It was a great experience. Wes, Tyler, Walker and Patrick were fast, efficient, and very professional. They went way beyond what was expected and even came back a few days later to pick up some additional boxes that we had finished unpacking. In the process of breaking down the boxes, they discovered some flatware that we had overlooked. They contacted us immediately and made arrangements to deliver it to us. That is what I call excellent customer service. Thanks again, Wes, Walker, Tyler and Patrick for making a stressful move so much easier. Judie Cothrun read more

Terrible management. I have used this company for 2 moves and they have messed both of them up. The first move, the owner, Shelton, called me days before the move to reschedule because he double booked me and wasn't insured out of state. My move could not be rescheduled so he sent 2 guys in a uhaul and nothing was insured. The second move, Shelton told me he only had 2 guys available so would come back another day with 4 guys to finish up moving the piano. When I tried to schedule the piano to be moved I was then told that they were treating it as an entirely new move apart from the first job and charging me for a second move. $300 for the first move then $300 to come back for the piano. I called to file a complaint and could not speak with Shelton and only got his rude wife on the phone who told me that I need to be "willing to work them on the price." I was already being more than flexible by allowing them to finish up the job at a later date. There is no reason why I should need to work with them on a price. This company is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend. read more

Great guys! Came right on time and had a great attitude. I had 4 wooden, extremely heavy and big pieces that they moved in less than an hour down 3 flights of stairs. They were speedy but very careful with each piece. Definitely will use them again. read more

Professional. Quick. Helpful. These are just three words that come to mind when I think of my recent move and the young men at Flagstaff Moving Company who made it possible! I was impressed with the way the movers were willing to make my move as easy as possible. I would highly recommend Flagstaff Moving Company to anybody moving from, to or in the Flagstaff area. The business is young and growing, but I was more than happy with the services I received. read more
