Before he came, he was really responsive with email and phone call, and his quote was lowest among the companies who I called. On the job day, he arrived right on time, had all the tools he needed, and spend 3 hours measuring and positioning the bracket, drilling through tile, putting bracket and TV up, and adjusting the TV. He was really patient and nice, and taught me quite some knowledge about the wall, tile, tools, etc. At the end, he also helped clean up the dust. In short, if you need someone to mount your TV, send Don an email or give him a call. You won't regret.

Craig showed up on time after giving us a pre-arrival phone call, we chatted about the issue, he reviewed our water bills, checked out the irrigation and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in under 30 minutes. So I ended up going to BMW to speak to someone directly. The place was not busy on a Friday afternoon. The service advisor that I went to was watching videos on their phone before I interrupted her. I told her the whole story about the broken glass and wanted to get an estimate. No one from that BMW location called me back. The service advisor ended up giving you some excuse about an AI system and I told her no it's not your AI system. Someone human is who I spoke to. She ended up telling me that I had to leave the car for a technician to view it complete inconvenience. Here's a picture of the broken glass.
