You cannot see your eye doctor again because they block you.. Worst place I have ever been. When I finally did see an eye doctor her first thing was you was fitted improperly and we can refit you with a proper pair.. even told me my contacts was under warranty. We had to schedule an eye exam for my mom, who has Alzheimer's, as she's lost her glasses and we've been unable to refill them on a pretty old prescription. All of the employees and Dr. Bennett were so pleasant, patient and caring in dealing with us! The one constant throughout the years has been the manager, Chris, who provides excellent customer service every time. My wife once tried another eyeglass provider, but the difference in quality and service was clear, she is happily back to this Lenscrafters. I also strongly recommend their replacement insurance. It has been incredibly consistent in fixing or replacing any issues I've had, and over the years it has truly been a lifesaver, saving me significant money overall. Yep, eyeglasses aren't cheap, but it's easier when I trust that I'm getting the quality and service I pay for. Having Dr. Bastaich(optometry) right next door is another convenience I appreciate, good and reliable care. Kudos to Chris and the team at LensCrafters Chesterfield Town Center!
