Also when I was trying to make an appointment the person that was on the phone was very rude and I was told they would call me back to set an appointment however they never called back, and so then I called them and set an appointment but then they called me back 10-15 minutes later to set an appointment and when i told them that I had already set and appointment 10 minutes ago they said they had nothing in their system. AND when I had first called to set my appointment they gave me a price but when they called back they tried to say it was almost double what they had said the first time. SO overall a very negative experience with the front office as they were very rude and I couldn't get their name as they had no name tag on and I was so flustered that i just wanted to get the appointment over with that I did not bother to ask. The Tech however was very nice and made the whole experience a whole lot better. They were very professional and kind and that goes a long way the front desk people need to learn from the tech.
