The MRI tech was willing to answer questions, ensured that I was comfortable (it was my first time), and even found and played specific music I requested (Broadway). Truly a fantastic first MRI experience which I was super nervous for. The facility is clean. You have a private room with a locker & key to change and store your items. I'd definitely schedule here again if I ever need imaging in the future. It IS a bit difficult to find as it's tucked away in the corner. Waze actually took me to the wrong side of the large cross streets so I did end up getting lost. The directions on google maps got me there in the end!

I went to the Orem Community Hospital Emergency Room yesterday morning at the request of my dentist…read morebecause I have a severely infected tooth, a visibly huge and swollen cheek, and so much pain, OTC meds weren't touching it so I was forced to take my back pain meds (which still didn't take the pain away,) as well as a fever of 103.4 earlier in the morning. My dentist thought I should go to the ER for IV antibiotics for fear that my tooth infection had turned into something much more serious because the antibiotics he gave me weren't working. The admitting person was a sweetheart as was the male nurse; both compassionate, empathetic, and kind. The doctor came in and made me feel foolish and idiotic for going to the ER for 'simple' tooth pain, actually pulling faces at the mention of a dentist sending someone to the ER, and rolling her eyes. THEN, when she seemingly, finally decided to figure out exactly what was going on, she sat down in front of me and said, "Hon, tell me what is going on. How did this happen?" All I could think was, are you serious?? I mean look at my ginormous, pink cheek, lady!! She talked to me as if I were a child and was extremely condescending. I just felt stupid and wanted to leave and go to a different ER but I had an IV at that point (for blood tests, mind you, not antibiotics). Then she sent me in for CT scans of my face to make certain that the infection hadn't spread anywhere dangerous, finally taking my issue seriously. She didn't give me the IV antibiotics for the severe infection, she simply 'upped' my antibiotic (from the one the dentist gave me) to a stronger one. How hard would it have been to simply give me even just a injection of stronger antibiotics?? Or better still, through the IV that was already in my arm?!? Then, she numbed my tooth to take away some of the pain, which it did, for about 30 minutes when the pain came back with a vengeance. I feel like the doctor didn't like being told what to do from a measly dentist, or God forbid, me, and didn't do the antibiotics out of sheer stubbornness and pride. No, I did not go to medical school, I am not a doctor and will not pretend to know how to heal someone in the way a doctor can. I do know my body and knew something was wrong. I also know empathy, which this doctor didn't seem to posses, nor, really, did the female nurse who just acted like it was an inconvenience for me to be there. I went to this ER with the hopes of having some relief from my pain and severe infection. I left feeling stupid for going in the first place. There was no empathy, compassion, or even patience from this doctor. I know there are other doctors working at the Orem Community Hospital's ER, some with likely more empathy than was shown me, but I will *never* chance that again. I will drive the extra several miles to AF Hospital's ER where they are kind, respectful, and even humble enough to listen.

I had a Carpal Tunnel surgery done at this hospital. They asked me if I had they copay which was…read more$350. I said no. Instead of getting payments set up right then they did the surgery. They didn't ask after either. I got a statement in the mail with a paystub and a return envelope. I made a payment(what I could). I am on social security with no other income. The next month I got another statement, made the same payment, did this for 4 months then SLAM. They SLAMMED me into collections for the rest. No notice to call, no call, nothing said letting me know the payments I made were not good enough or that I needed to call, nothing just SLAM me into collections, granted my fico score is in the toilet anyway and I don't care because I pay cash for everything. I will never use this facility for anything ever again.

I see that other people have struggled with the same individual. My daughter tried to make a booking less than 24 hours ago for an appointment 48 hours from the time she made the booking. She may have made an error and booked for the next day instead. The only thing she got was the message from them saying that she missed her appointment and was being charged full price. She called them to try and make arrangements to adjust the schedule. This man was absolutely horrible in his customer service and was willing to make my pregnant daughter cry over $50. We don't care about the money as much as the principle of the matter. And all this guy cares about is the 50 bucks. We have five daughters that go to this place consistently but we will be going somewhere else in the future. We invite all others to please find a different alternative than this location. Absolutely horrible customer service. This man should not be in the service industry, and especially dealing with pregnant women!

If you offer x-ray service on a weekend it should be read on that same day! Never experienced anything like this in my life. This Dr is happy to take your money for no actual result. I sent the pic of my son's wrist to my sister in law who is a Rad tech in California. She and her coworkers were appalled that an x-ray of the entire hand was taken and not focused on the wrist. Even the techs here are a joke. Utah healthcare is the absolute worst. Going to another facility where the radiologist actually does his job.

Our double rainbow, miracle baby was our only normal embryo, so I'm sure you can imagine how overwhelming and nerve wracking this pregnancy was for us. We found this place and came in for an ultrasound between our scheduled ultrasounds with my OB. This gave us such a solid peace of mind and helped us to sleep better at night knowing all was well with him. We also took advantage of their couples massage while we were on our staycation/baby moon and it was FANTASTIC. The women we had working on us really took the time to learn what we wanted. There was a point in time where I started to feel a little faint and my lady (I wish I could remember her name) was so patient and accommodating. She had me sit up, gave me water and we decided to pivot and have me turn on my back so I could breathe the fresh air. They do massages for anyone, you don't have to be pregnant! I will definitely be back for one post-partum. Lastly, we had a 3D ultrasound done when I was around 32ish weeks. The tech was so sweet and took her time to get all the great shots. She even had me re-position and drink cold water etc to see if we could get different views. The photos turned out perfect and as you can see in the picture I'm sharing in my review, there is definitely a resemblance! Really thankful for this place and happy to have had it as part of our journey to parenthood. I highly recommend!

Pam even came to see my baby and I in the mom/baby unit to send us love and made my day. Such a sweetheart!! Mom/baby unit- nurses Elise and Alexa were the most amazing nurses I've ever experienced. Most amazing human beings ever. I'm so glad and grateful to have them taking care of my baby and I. Much love and blessings to those beautiful ladies I definitely recommend going there for labor and delivery and have them on your team!
