Not so good: I had requested in writing at check-in that the results be reported to two other physicians who are also attempting to diagnose my symptoms. I was assured verbally that this would happen within 2 or 3 days. Almost a month later, these results have not been received. From my perspective, this is a big minus. I believe that the situation is due not to a lack of desire, but a lack of office staff execution and double-checking.
