Which is why I sought out Rayus again. Unfortunately MRI's will be my new normal moving forward and I scheduled one for the Taylorsville location. I was told that one of the MRA's I needed was not done at the Taylorsville location, so I chose the South Jordan branch instead. One day before my appointment I get a text that basically says I need to call to reschedule. I call the number provided. Speak to Natalie who informs me that my MRA needs to be rescheduled at the Taylorsville location, but I can keep the other two appointments at 9 AM the next morning scheduled at their South Jordan location.. I was a bit bewildered since the Taylorsville front desk said they don't do that type of scan. Nonetheless, I agreed. The next morning I call to confirm the address and Natalie says that my appointments were canceled and all of them are now scheduled at the Taylorsville location next week! I told her I talked to her yesterday and was told I have two appointments at 9 AM this morning and only the MRA was rescheduled to next week at the Taylorsville location. She continued to gaslight me and I thanked her politely and continued here to good ol' Yelp, so I can make sure no one wastes their valuable time in choosing this place for future visits. I have been in pain trying to get this procedure done in a timely manner and now I have to find another place and wait longer to be able to see my neurosurgeon. This experience has been garbage Rayus. Especially Natalie at the front desk of the South Jordan Branch. Do better. UPDATE: I was contacted by the Taylorsville branch. They left a VM and my appointment was moved again to a later time?? I called them back and canceled my appointment. I will find another place to do my imaging. What a nightmare.

Unfortunately, I never got that far because their administrative and scheduling staff proved themselves pretty incompetent. First, it took them a week to call to set up the appointment, whereas I was told they'd be in touch within 24-48 hours. I was living on opioids in the meantime. When they finally called, I was working so they left a message. When I returned the call, I was on hold for about 15 minutes before being forced to leave a message. They took 3 days to call back. When they did, the line was barely audible. The representative didn't tell me that there were other imaging options closer to me (which I later found out they were supposd to), so I had to drive for an hour and a half to get to their closest location. Not a pleasant trip with a herniated L1 disk. When I got to the clinic, they had instead mistakenly scheduled me for two days later. Three hours' drive and $15 gas for nothing. Talking with another patient in the parking lot afterwards, they reported similar issues: slow response, clerical mistakes made, lots of excuses, but little interest in making things right. To their credit, the manager of that particular clinic gave me a call within an hour, but it was largely to make excuses as to why it was not their fault, and saying the problems I experienced were under another manager's purview. I asked if that person could give me a call. About an hour later, right at the end of their business day, I got a call from an unknown number that rang once and hung up before I could answer. Five minutes later, a voicemail appeared with a long, but vague and half-decipherable message, again with excuses, but no real attempt at resolution. Personally, I would rather pay $250 extra bucks out of pocket than entrust my health to a company that runs the administrative side of their business is such a slipshod manner.

I am usually in and out within 10 minutes for a CT. This company is an affiliate of Intermountain Healthcare, so if they are unable to perform a particular service, e.g. MRI on someone with an implanted device), they can quickly and easily refer you to an Intermountain facility to accommodate your.

Not so good: I had requested in writing at check-in that the results be reported to two other physicians who are also attempting to diagnose my symptoms. I was assured verbally that this would happen within 2 or 3 days. Almost a month later, these results have not been received. From my perspective, this is a big minus. I believe that the situation is due not to a lack of desire, but a lack of office staff execution and double-checking. The office processes should be improved so that these requests are not only acknowledged, but followed through on.
