I only gave them a one star so that we could post this comment. We just had a horrible experience with a person that claims he is the owner of this franchise location. I see that other people have struggled with the same individual. My daughter tried to make a booking less than 24 hours ago for an appointment 48 hours from the time she made the booking. She may have made an error and booked for the next day instead. The only thing she got was the message from them saying that she missed her appointment and was being charged full price. She called them to try and make arrangements to adjust the schedule. This man was absolutely horrible in his customer service and was willing to make my pregnant daughter cry over $50. We don't care about the money as much as the principle of the matter. And all this guy cares about is the 50 bucks. We have five daughters that go to this place consistently but we will be going somewhere else in the future. We invite all others to please find a different alternative than this location. Absolutely horrible customer service. This man should not be in the service industry, and especially dealing with pregnant women! read more

I absolutely love this place I found so much comfort coming here the lady they did my 29 week 4D was Brittany She was absolutely amazing. She satisfied all my needs this is my first pregnancy and I've been here at least 3 times and they've all been extremely worth it it's one of the best experiences I've ever had read more

It's been almost a year since this happened, but I came in at 12 weeks for a scan to find out there was no longer a heartbeat. I've heard of so many stories about how this has been handled and communicated from different providers and every time it makes me so lucky for my experience. Although it's completely heartbreaking and something no mother should have to go through, the way Britnie handled it was so perfect. She was so kind and comforting, but didn't leave me guessing what was going on. She gave my husband and me time to process by ourselves then came in and asked if we wanted pictures, so she got us lots of pictures that we will always treasure. Then she cried with us and gave me the biggest hug that still makes me cry thinking about. These moments are so important and something I'll always be grateful for. read more

I had an overall great experience here. I did the Deluxe 4D ultrasound. I went to Britnie and she was outgoing and really nice. She explained to me everything she saw. My baby girl was hiding behind her arms and legs so I wasn't able to get great pictures of her. Britnie let me come back. She rescheduled me for a few days later with her again. My second appointment my baby girl was being stubborn again. Britnie scheduled me a 3rd time. I showed up and the doors were locked and nobody was there when I came back. I called and a man answered (I can't remember his name). He was nice and apologized, he said my appointment never got put in. So he scheduled me for the next week. I was a little frustrated because it was snowing and not the best weather for me to drive down there for my appointment and nobody was there. My 3rd appointment was with Susan and I really enjoyed going to her. I got some decent pictures but wasn't fully satisfied so I got rescheduled a 4th time and got amazing pictures. I loved how they will keep scheduling you appointments until you are satisfied with the pictures. I also got a stuffed animal with my baby girl's heartbeat inside. I chose a lamb stuffed animal. They also give you a USB with all your pictures and videos on it. They print out copies as well. I wanted some extra copies for the grandparents and they printed out as much as I wanted. I recommend this place. My baby girl is my first baby and I plan on coming back and getting 4D ultrasounds for all of my kids. read more

I'm so happy with this place. It was a struggle trying to see my little guy. Being 36 weeks is difficult because the baby is so big and squeezed in there. Besides other medical complications that didn't stop the team at kicks and giggles to give up. They made me and my family feel so comfortable and welcomed. My family is loud and they'd join in on the jokes to help me relax. Grateful for your persistence and every effort you guys took to see my baby boy!!!! Would recommend them to everyone!!! read more

I was blown away with Kicks and Giggles! First, they are extremely affordable. At my doctors office I was going to see what gender my baby is at 18 weeks and pay a $65 copay for only four pictures then have to get another mandatory ultrasound at 20 weeks and pay another $65 copay. I went to Kicks and Giggles on a special $20 on the 22nd day and got a better experience with adorable pictures (I got about 10 pictures.) Second, I felt very comfortable and trust the company more than my doctors office. Doctors always make me nervous so I don't enjoy the experience as I should. I went to Kicks and Giggles when I was 15 weeks, and they got some great pictures. I even got to see my baby in 4D! They offered to see if I'd like to come in later for a free scan to confirm. The woman who originally checked just got trained. So in the meantime the owner and another technician checked to confirm the gender so I feel extremely confident in them. I got more pictures during my second scan. To get such an amazing experience for $20 and feel like they genuinely cared to double check for me for free meant a lot to me and my first baby. Thank you to Kicks and Giggles! I would recommend to anyone who wants an affordable experience with a company that genuinely cares for you and not your money to check them out! You can even get your baby's heartbeat in a stuffed animal of your choice! Also a video of the ultrasound. Very well rounded experience. read more

So much fun to take your family or friends in with you to see your baby! They are really good at showing you & explaining what we're looking at during the 3D ultra sound! I got the "kicking baby" package & really liked how long we got to watch the baby move around, see all of the babies features! Highly recommend if you're thinking about it... just go! Our first experience with Kicks and Giggles was in September. I went in for the DNA & Donuts to get my blood drawn. They were running late and ended up compensating it by offering the 24h return without extra charges. I was amazed to find out that we were having a girl at only 11 weeks. In October my mom came to visit from Brazil, so we did an elective 2D ultrasound for her to see the baby because she was going to miss the 20week scan. We got several cute pictures of our little one wiggling around. I scheduled the 3D ultrasound right after Christmas, unfortunately the baby didn't want to cooperate, but we rescheduled it. Second time... nothing, she had a bunch of cord and her arms by her face. On the third attempt she FINALLY moved her hands away from her face for a few seconds and even the tech was excited and happy about it. Both reschedules were free of charge and all techs worked really hard to try and get her to move and give us the best experience ever. I couldn't recommend this place more! read more
