We found this place and came in for an ultrasound between our scheduled ultrasounds with my OB. This gave us such a solid peace of mind and helped us to sleep better at night knowing all was well with him. We also took advantage of their couples massage while we were on our staycation/baby moon and it was FANTASTIC. The women we had working on us really took the time to learn what we wanted. There was a point in time where I started to feel a little faint and my lady (I wish I could remember her name) was so patient and accommodating. She had me sit up, gave me water and we decided to pivot and have me turn on my back so I could breathe the fresh air. They do massages for anyone, you don't have to be pregnant! I will definitely be back for one post-partum. Lastly, we had a 3D ultrasound done when I was around 32ish weeks. The tech was so sweet and took her time to get all the great shots. She even had me re-position and drink cold water etc to see if we could get different views. The photos turned out perfect and as you can see in the picture I'm sharing in my review, there is definitely a resemblance! The ER is very clean. It's about a year old. It's your typical hours long wait time after you get triaged to get a room. Everyone we've encountered has been really friendly and good with my daughter. They' all have offered us a snack or drink. X-rays went well and the exam room was decorated cute and clean. Underwater themed. The technician was friendly and gentle with my daughter. The only thing I didn't appreciate is the Covid tested my daughter without asking and that has never happened to us before usually it's asked first. Plenty of parking.

I always got my questions answered and felt so much confidence and support from them. Prenatal care was more than I could ask for- I never felt rushed and always felt taken care of. The birth experience itself went amazing and while there's a lot I attribute to that but the biggest thing I'm grateful for was Amy helped naturally get labor progressing at 40 weeks because my mom was in town from out of the country and was leaving 3 days later so I was anxious to have the baby before she left. Well sure enough, Amy worked her magic and I went into labor less than 12 hours later! Once again her confidence was so assuring. During the birth itself Amy, Desi and Debbie were such a calming supportive force. They quietly and efficiently took care of me. Amy especially while I was pushing was everything I needed. And they all did everything perfectly to ensure I was comfortable after and informed. They took such good care of my baby and I felt so loved and cared for! I couldn't have made a better decision going with Peaceful Midwifery! I'm currently 3 days postpartum and have had daily check-ins and an in person visit and feel so cared for. If you're deciding what group to go with or if you want to do an at home birth, Amy and her team are the best possible choice! And I'm so happy we did a home birth.

I went to the Orem Community Hospital Emergency Room yesterday morning at the request of my dentist…read morebecause I have a severely infected tooth, a visibly huge and swollen cheek, and so much pain, OTC meds weren't touching it so I was forced to take my back pain meds (which still didn't take the pain away,) as well as a fever of 103.4 earlier in the morning. My dentist thought I should go to the ER for IV antibiotics for fear that my tooth infection had turned into something much more serious because the antibiotics he gave me weren't working. The admitting person was a sweetheart as was the male nurse; both compassionate, empathetic, and kind. The doctor came in and made me feel foolish and idiotic for going to the ER for 'simple' tooth pain, actually pulling faces at the mention of a dentist sending someone to the ER, and rolling her eyes. THEN, when she seemingly, finally decided to figure out exactly what was going on, she sat down in front of me and said, "Hon, tell me what is going on. How did this happen?" All I could think was, are you serious?? I mean look at my ginormous, pink cheek, lady!! She talked to me as if I were a child and was extremely condescending. I just felt stupid and wanted to leave and go to a different ER but I had an IV at that point (for blood tests, mind you, not antibiotics). Then she sent me in for CT scans of my face to make certain that the infection hadn't spread anywhere dangerous, finally taking my issue seriously. She didn't give me the IV antibiotics for the severe infection, she simply 'upped' my antibiotic (from the one the dentist gave me) to a stronger one. How hard would it have been to simply give me even just a injection of stronger antibiotics?? Or better still, through the IV that was already in my arm?!? Then, she numbed my tooth to take away some of the pain, which it did, for about 30 minutes when the pain came back with a vengeance. I feel like the doctor didn't like being told what to do from a measly dentist, or God forbid, me, and didn't do the antibiotics out of sheer stubbornness and pride. No, I did not go to medical school, I am not a doctor and will not pretend to know how to heal someone in the way a doctor can. I do know my body and knew something was wrong. I also know empathy, which this doctor didn't seem to posses, nor, really, did the female nurse who just acted like it was an inconvenience for me to be there. I went to this ER with the hopes of having some relief from my pain and severe infection. I left feeling stupid for going in the first place. There was no empathy, compassion, or even patience from this doctor. I know there are other doctors working at the Orem Community Hospital's ER, some with likely more empathy than was shown me, but I will *never* chance that again. I will drive the extra several miles to AF Hospital's ER where they are kind, respectful, and even humble enough to listen.

They didn't ask after either. I got a statement in the mail with a paystub and a return envelope. I made a payment(what I could). I am on social security with no other income. The next month I got another statement, made the same payment, did this for 4 months then SLAM. They SLAMMED me into collections for the rest. No notice to call, no call, nothing said letting me know the payments I made were not good enough or that I needed to call, nothing just SLAM me into collections, granted my fico score is in the toilet anyway and I don't care because I pay cash for everything. I will never use this facility for anything ever again.

BUT this review is for the service, ambiance, and customer service in the clinic. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by two front staff members and were told to get comfortable in the lobby/reception area upon checking in. The lobby had a beautiful Christmas tree, looked really clean and organized, and even had some treats on the coffee table, plus a small fridge mounted against the wall that contained complimentary water bottles. After filling out a couple of questionnaire forms (being first-timers), we did wait a good 15-20 minutes before one of us was seen. Unfortunately, both of us were being seen for the same service (diamond facial) and we couldn't be seen simultaneously. I had to wait until my friend was done, and then I was called in, to also be seen and serviced by the same gal. I guess either she's the only one qualified to do the service, or they were understaffed that day. So my waiting time was 20 minutes (lobby) with my friend and another 45-50 minutes of her being serviced. So in total, I had to wait about 1 hour and 15 minutes before I ever got seen and taken back to the room, to get a diamond facial. The gal who did my diamond facial was very pleasant to work with. She explained the procedure very well and was a relaxing experience. The table you lay on was preheated and had warm blankets on it already. It was a great first-time experience!

I had three Facetite sculpting procedure. I was not pleased with the results. I come from an…read moreaesthetics background so I generally have a realistic expectation. I have had several cosmetics procedures in the past and this was not it. I would definitely not recommend going here for Facetite l, they were suppose to tighten the skin while melting the fat to sculpt the area, it didnt tighten the area and the nurse wasn't able to sculpt and give definition. It was a rushed experience. Go to body point, now I have to pay to get it redone, this time I will go to a surgeon. Facetite is performed by nurses at the Rose Clinic. It took me 2 years to write this review, after speaking with other clinics, I came to a realization I chose the wrong clinic.
