    Breakfast made to order
    Frankie R.

Brought son in for a procedure. All staff, doctors, nurses were incredibly kind and helpful. Went to cafeteria while waiting. Food was excellent. Very kind cook even prepared my food "cooked to order." Good to know good medical care is available.

So much space for activities!! They even let our 5 year old stay in the room with us for the first part until grandma came to pick him up.

My mother had been detoxing and she has heart failure and kidney failure. I was extremely concerned with her being in hospice rather than getting the correct medical treatment. A security guard with the name Eric demanded that I delete the pictures and audio recordings of my mother health care or be barred for 24 hours. I said, No! I'm deleting anything from my phone. i asked to file a complaint with Sheila, my mothers patient advocate. Sheila demanded that I must delete the recording and pictures as well. I said no! Three days had passed so i was in the hospital and Juan the security guard pulled me from my dying mothers room and demanded that I was criminally trespassing and I not be on the property for 365 days now. I was escorted from the property like I was a criminal. The entire time my mother was in the hospital she was not getting the right care, I was forced from the hospital by security guards that my mother was in. Juan, Sheila and Eric destroyed what could have been something special to be able to spend the last days with my dying mother. Instead our family will always have the memory of Juan, Eric and Sheila enforcing a policy the hospital does not have just to prove their authority over common citizens such as myself. Dutung the two week period I begged over and over please show me this policy that says an individual can be criminally trespass from the property for not deleting a picture. Sheila explained to me that all policy are internal and can be given to anyone. How can a hospital security team enforce a policy that is not shared publicly due to internal policy? Hie many policies have been violated while enforcing a policy that can not be shared publicly?

I got notification that I owed a balance, which I should not, since the secondary insurance pays whatever is left after the primary pays. I called the hospital billing department back and told them what number to call, and to wait to talk to a human. I will wait a few days to see if they get it straightened out. I am concerned, because I am scheduled to have the other knee replaced next month, and do not want this hanging over me when I go for that procedure. What the heck, Revere? I was told they had checked on my insurance and I hadn't met my deductible so I was responsible for the full amount. I contacted the hospital and they said the original quote was only an estimate and the procedure cost was actually more than double what I was quoted. After disputing it with a manager (Matt) I still ended up paying a substantial amount more. Very unfair practice in my opinion. I would not have had the scan done had the cost been accurately quoted to me originally.

But if it wasn't for that I would leave 0 starts because of the Way my wife was treated by the administrator Ruben Jessep, Codi Fitzwater and a night Administrator. It was disgusting and uncalled for. When someone's spouse, mother or father tells you that their loved one is not in the right mind to make dicission they are right and you should listen, not try to tell them that they are wrong and you know better because you talked to them for a few minutes or for few days (at the most an hour) (Codi) and make money. There is so much more I could say about how awful you were to my wife. Yes there were good nurses and therapist but if you want a place that is going to treat your spouse, mother, father or caretaker that has been taking care of you for free because they love and know you, this is not it. I did not ask or want my wife to get kicked ou like you did, I did not want her to not get important information about me or any of the other crap you did and caused. If I didn't have a strong marriage you could have ruined it by lying to a very sick man and worse what you did to my wife. This hospital is not for people that have longterm caretakers for years because they will just get thrown aside, lied to and worse. You people I mentioned and the night administration should be ashamed of yourselves. And yes I've read my wife's review and correspondents with codi where she lied more. Again 0 starts except for some nurses and therapists. You could have very easily ruined a 10 year marriage over your lies and caused problems with my Gas, pipes and plumbing if it wasn't for my amazing wife and in your words it wasn't your problem

Yesterday he started taking it out on me (his wife of 10 years) march 17th . he told them things that were not true , it was obvious they knee they wernt true, he is in such a messed up state he told them he didnt want me going into his room so i cant even say goodbye to my very sick husbsnd. He also wants me out of our house before he gets relased and i cant even see if he is thinking better because they wont let me see him or talk to him. This place ruined my 10 year marriage knowing the paitent isnt with it yet A lot if not most of the time. Dont let them ruin yours. The hospital admin also harassed me, was very rude to me, chased me, threatened to call the cops and a womans sheltter knowing i had someone coming to pick me up and i was trying to wait quietly by myself. I have been my husbands care giver for about 10 years and know what is and isnt normal for him. I tried to tell them his actions were not normal and getting worse. Someone came in for a few minutes and asked him some very simple questions , including simple subtraction. He has always been amazing at math yet couldnt do them or many orher things ans yet again i was told he was fine. Though he couldnt do those or even remember names and doses of medications he had been on for years and has always known. Thete were a few gteat nurses but this was one of the worst expierences of my life all because they thought that they knew more in a few minutes then i have in years, didnt do anything to help when they were told many times somthing was wrong. Now we are in a horrible situation. Not only that but a Dr didnt come in once the entire almost week i was there before being chased, harassed, threatened and forced to leave. They also tried to give him medication he can not have and food he can not have while i was there and now im worried that they might now im not there. It was alot worse and there isva lot more i could say but its late. There was a wonderful night nurse that could see the issues he has been having and tried to help. But i would be very leary leaving a loved one there and knoeing they are safe or that you as the long time care giver will be listened to or treated with any respect!

When you drive up, all you notice is overgrowth and weeds in every green space. Despicable! If the appearance doesn't bother you the registration process certainly will. I came in due to a workman's comp injury I sustained while working at Steward Jordan Valley West. I asked the registration clerk if they have access to those records they used to be Steward. She abruptly interrupted me and said that they were bought out and that Centura/Trinity does not have access. I replied that I have the information and will provide it. Just to understand and confirm what I heard her say, I asked differently about the records by saying, "....just to confirm, you're saying you don't have access?" The receptionist cut me off stating, ".....I TOLD YOU we don't have access!" Needless to say, I was taken aback. I asked her if she was having a bad day. She replied "Why!?" I said you're being quite abrupt. She replied, "Are you calling me a brat?" I said, "no, I'm saying you're being abrupt." She attempted to explain and I replied, "....it's not necessary." These two "first impressions" reflect the dismal experience I received and seem to indicate the level of professionalism and treatment the new ownership has and delivers. I am a firm believer in Attitude reflects Leadership. It is extremely sad to see that our community has to rely and reside next to and on a provider that should exemplify the essence of community and empathy when individuals who are dealing with emergencies or critical illness require medical attention and CARE! Drive in and see a run down, weed infested property and then get insulted by, "I TOLD YOU.....!" How dare you and shame on you're evident lack of respect to our community.

My visit today was for an Xray, I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. The place is clean, pleasant, quiet, friendly, professional and every other compliment I could give.
