We had an awesome time at Soli's! The last woman-run restaurant we checked out before the month ends! It's right in the heart of downtown Lincoln and I've heard nothing but great things about it, so I was excited to finally give it a try. There's limited street parking out front, but there's a small lot in the back. Which worked out for us, we were lucky to have almost the whole place to ourselves! The owner was super nice and gave us the scoop on their popular food and drink choices. I went for the mimosa flight which was delicious with fresh fruit and house-made ingredients paired with a tasty breakfast sandwich. Overall it was a nice experience though the wait time from ordering to getting our food was a bit longer than expected.

Buffalo Chicken and Flatbread, delicious & somewhat spicy too!!!

We love to support local small businesses in our community, so we looked up Yelp for suggestions and current reviews. We decided let's try this place for our first time. Loved what they have done in revitalizing an old building to make it modernized and ambiance. Inside they have four TV's, high chair tables and a bar. Outside, they have a very nice courtyard seating with misters on a hot day. Another bar is located outside in the courtyard area. The food was delicious; good portions at a good price and quality of food. My ONLY complaint was... An employee/manager/owner (Not sure of her official position) of the business approached our table asking how things were and if we needed anything else... We asked for additional water on a very hot day, she proceeded to the bar. We assumed she would be right back. Instead, she chatted with a couple at the bar, while ignoring our request for more water for an extensive amount of time. Eventually, she brought us our water as requested... She could have excused herself from the couple at the bar, brought us our water and returned to continue their conversation. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our dinner there and will be back to try it out again soon.

BLTA with fried egg. Perfect for soaking up the mimosa flight...

Massive-choose your own adventure-mimosa flight (enough for two!) and a delicious breakfast BLTA with a fried egg. Music at a level that allows for conversation. Lots of natural light and friendly service. Would love to come back!

Side salad with ranch but without pickled onions and cucumber

Small venue with abbreviated menu, but food is worthwhile. BBQ chicken flatbread was generous (two of us shared with side salads) and nicely crisped. Side salad was a nice spring mix with plenty of cherry tomatoes, though I held the pickled onions and cucumbers. Garlic Naan accompanying the salad was also good. Prices not low but reasonable for the area and the portions. I'd go again.

We heard about this establishment opening up from one of our baseball parents on Saturday. We had time on Sunday st. Patrick's Day to check it out . I always get excited for a new business to open in Lincoln I had to go check it out and support . This is a woman, veteran small business so amazing! Walking in the decor was super cute and also clean and organized. I got the pleasure to meet the owner Priscilla and Chef Cameron they were super friendly and attentive. Every single person I met that day from the waiters to the owner, were super nice and kept checking on us . For drinks they have wine and beer for now . The food was all delicious!! The Charcuterie Board was so pretty and tasty definitely worth getting . I also ordered the Buffalo Chicken Panini it was so delicious also . The menu offers a huge Charcuterie board , Paninis , Salads , Flatbreads, Wings ,Soups and desserts. They are also kid and dog friendly the patio will opening soon I heard . We will definitely be coming back so excited for Lincoln to have this new business. It is definitely a great addition to our community and more dinning options . The food was delicious and friendly staff . I definitely recommend checking it out .

My family and I have been in numerous times and have loved it! Atmosphere is great, food is great, and the service is always amazing! The guava mimosa is my favorite! We will be back soon!

We had a craving for Birria tacos and Yelp pulled up a place called Bereniz's Birria. We drove to the address but it took us to a residential area so I decided to call the number listed on Yelp thinking it may have taken us to the wrong place. I called and a gal answered and I explained the situation. The reality was this is a small business operating out of their home. Bereniz was kind enough to tell us she operates on rare occasions but we could get them at Soli's on Friday night. Lucky for us it was a Friday so we headed there for dinner. I recognized Bereniz as soon as we walked into the restaurant and introduced myself. She was very pleasant and happy that we made it there. We placed 4 orders of the Birria tacos, chicken wings, rueben sandwich and a ceaser salad. They served the Birria tacos with some spicy chili oil and I really enjoyed it as I love a good chili oil. The consome was a little bland and watery. The ceaser salad was really good and so was the sandwich and wings. Will definitely be back if we are in the area again.

We joined friends for dinner last night at Soli's Lounge. It has a very casual, yet welcoming atmosphere with friendly / attentive service staff. Both indoor and outdoor seating. A live band was playing outside when we were there. They serve both beer and wine. While the menu was not extensive, there were plenty of temping choices. We ended up deciding on a "group order" and shared. Our meal consisted of: * Charcuterie Board - artisanal meats, cheeses, seasonal fruit, crackers along with olives, nuts and jam * Pepperoni Flatbread - tomato base, cheese blend with pepperoni and Italian seasonings * Reuben Panini - delicious, marbled rye bread with pastrami, cheese and sauerkraut. * Tomato Bisque - topped with croutons and green onions. * Seared Ahi Plate - the ahi was thinly sliced served with mixed greens, pickled onions and cucumber topped with wasabi cream We all agreed, everything we sampled was tasty. I found the Seared Ahi and the Flatbread marvelous. The food was well plated, and the portions were generous. Good value for you dollar.

Breakfast Board and Bottomless Mimosas

Went for Sunday brunch and ordered the bottomless mimosas and their breakfast board. The food was delicious, good customer service and we loved the environment. Great little spot in Downtown Lincoln!

Service 4.5 Food 5…read moreDessert 4 Drink: 5+ Service: Great! She checked on us just enough and had a bubbly personality. Told us about the specials and really sold the food. Sadly she never introduced herself so I can't give her the kudos she deserves. Started out with warm bread and garlicky soft butter. They serve it with the knife stabbed through the center of the bread - by the time you pull the big knife out, there is not much center left to spread the butter on. I figured out how to slather it in butter anyways. The garlic butter is something I could eat on everything! Dinner: We arrived around 6pm on a Wednesday. There were plenty of people there, but we were able to be seated right away. We ordered the pollo piccata - it was delicious, the sauce was creamy, the perfect amount of lemony, and the capers weren't too salty. The creamy potatoes were great and the veggies cooked perfectly. The balsamic ribeye - eh not our thing. Mid at best for us. It was tender, but it had so much liquid it didn't have much flavor and tasted like it was boiled. Still giving 5 stars overall because maybe that's the way it's supposed to be. Dessert: Chocolate lava cake - ours was extinct. There was NO LAVA! Just a very dense very chocolaty cake. Did I still eat it?? Yes!! Chocolate is chocolate. But if you are going to say lava I expect some lava! Drink: Josh Cab, always a hit. Strawberry Minefield (I think) dangerous! It tasted like a melted sorbet in the best way possible. I need a bottle of that stuff. Will we be back? 100% Next time we will try the lasagna

They have a couple of wine flight options but we decided to share a bottle of red sangria. Wow! It was delicious, so good we took a bottle home for later. RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more I cant even begin to express the disappointment in this experience. To be a part of the placer wine trail but offer a horrible experience for the common taster was awful. We had reservations For outdoor seating but due to two small dogs with us they turned us away. Which is understandable due to policy but what isnt is the candor. Im absolutely upset to have been treated this way. The bald man behind the counter who took it upon himself to play "tough guy" really made it difficult to not say something more. Respect and courtesy - even if the customer isn't correct, is necessary. You sir are not being paid enough to act like that. Horrible customer service. Doesn't make me want to come back. The thing for me is - it's just dinner. Theres no need for the hostility that came from that man while trying to understand what their policy is from the receptionist/host. Almost every winery is dog friendly its not insane we would come in to ask. He assigned himself the need to come over the counter and hostilely address us while waiting for her to find the answer in an effort to kick us out. He alone is the reason I cant get over this interaction. So hostile and rude why would I ever go back to get another interaction with him. How would that treatment to paying customers be allowed?... It's fine to ask a question and be turned away. But his approach was unacceptable and unnecessary. How dare we attempt to dine there. We just were waiting to hear back if we could sit on a patio.

The place was a lot better than the old one since it looks more spacious. It was not crowded for a Saturday night and that was really great. There's a few tables and seats downstairs but we preferred going upstairs and that's where we stayed. Only 2 of the 4 sofas/tables were occupied so that was really good. They play all kinds of music and I like the dj coz he knows what he's doing with mixing and playing good ones. However, the downside being upstairs is that noone or any of the staff will go there to ask for your order. You have to go down and get them yourself. Also, I noticed that they don't set rules for dress code anymore even though it says on the website. You see people with just shorts, shirts and sleepers and/or sandals on. So it was kind of a turn-off for me. They should require people dressed accordingly before they let them in. I don't mind to also pay an entrance fee ($10-15) This way they can preserve the place with class and elegance somehow. Just my thoughts.
