Solette Rooftop just opened and I got to visit the new restaurant a month out, which should've given the staff and the kitchen enough time to get use to running a restaurant. The first reaction getting off the elevator was the stench of the seafood. We checked in for our 730pm reservation and it took another 20 minutes to be seated. The ambiance is amazing, does have that Chicago/ New York feel towards the front of the restaurant. My group got seated in the back where the patio is. The doors and the rooftop were closed but it did have a cold breeze on. I asked the waitress to turn on the heaters and she mentioned they were on. They in fact were not on and didn't want to argue about it. For the food, we only ordered the shared appetizers and a roll of sushi. We ordered the truffle fries, fried chicken, the blasted cauliflower and a sushi roll. The food was just ok. My favorite dish was the side of cauliflower. The fries were basic and I didn't taste any truffle. Fried chicken is good, it was smaller bites rather than a whole chicken. The staff was slow, we had to wave down our waitress to order another drink or ask for something. I think it's a great spot to grab drinks before heading out.

Solette JUST opened a couple of weeks ago. Gorgeous rooftop views and delicious food and drinks. My children knew I was going to write a Yelp review so they suggested we order several different things and share. Our server Emilio was wonderful. He worked his buns off to make sure we all had a pleasant experience. We ordered everything from calamari, truffle Mac & cheese, ribeye with truffle fries and Brussels sprouts. I'd be lying if I said the Brussels sprouts were delicious. But, I guess if you like Brussels sprouts you would love these. Everything was seasoned perfectly. Great place for a first date, to meet up with friends or drinks after work.

This is a newer rooftop that delivered on the music and ambiance for a mixed crowd! It was pretty busy on a Saturday night with the DJ spinning some good classics! Quite trendy and great vibes! I only came for drinks but maybe next time I would grab a table for dinner! Great energy!

This is my now new favorite rooftop bar in Seattle. The vibes, design, views are immaculate. Everything on the menu looked amazing and eventually tasted amazing. My favorite was the solitaire and the tartar. The calamari was pretty good too. I could pass on the crab toast, pasta, cake. The service was pretty slow, but they were nice. Overall, I recommend and I will come back

overall this is a nice new rooftop cocktail spot, which I think Seattle is in need of some more! The vibe here is so cute and is so well decorated and I love all the decor and the ambiance. The service is also really nice. You check in at the bottom and they sent you up the elevator where you check in with the host and get seated. They only gave us the happy hour menu but we didn't ask for the dinner so I'm curious if they don't serve the full menu or if we just had to ask or what. Anyways we just ordered food, but it def feels like a spot that caters to drink not food. We ordered a few things to share, we only ordered one tiger roll but I guess they misheard us so we got an extra and I think they didn't charge us for it. The tuna roll I thought was pretty mid and maybe even a little disappointing, I just didn't get much tuna flavor and the strongest flavor was the jalapeño -- it just didn't seem like much fish. The tiger roll was alright, I did think it was a bit odd we didn't get like soy sauce or anything but the roll was already drizzled with sauce -- I just like to mix my wasabi with sauce so I probs could've asked for it as well. Overall it was good, and I'll give it a 4 even tho the food was a bit mid but I think you come here more for the vibes and drinks so I'll come back and try more things for a better picture. It does seem tho that there's not that much space outside, we didn't explore much but it seems to be mostly an indoor spot with walking area outside but not really hang out or seating outside -- that being said there are really big windows everywhere that open so it gives an outside feel.

Great view of the space needle !

The food was good but the service was horrible. They forgot about 2 of our dishes. Expect to wait a long time for everything

Highly recommend! Came with two of my counterparts after a long day of travel. We started with the…read morechampagne flight. They were all wonderful. We shared a bunch of plates. Everything was delicious. Especially the lamb chops - super fresh and delicious. We also ordered the lemon blueberry cake. I typically don't prefer lemon desserts but this was SO GOOD! Light and fluffy, almost like a light cheesecake. Service was outstanding. Our server coursed out our food perfectly. He checked on us consistently but was also aware that we were catching up, so he didn't interrupt unless needed. The location is right in the middle downtown and had a great vibe. Can't wait to go back next time I'm in Seattle.

Their bold, if impractical, architecture is stunning. I appreciate how they designed the front desk to integrate seamlessly with the wall. I sympathized with the employees who had a one way exit that opened right into where everyone gathered. The grand central wine tower is incredible but I'm clueless how / if they. access the top shelves or if it is mostly decorative. The food is amazing! The wine flights are also incredible! I love a wine flight with a meal and Purple delivers! I tried the "Adventurous Reds Duo" which introduced me to kindzmarauli and I was hooked. I appreciated that Purple offered something different. Now, Purple offers to sell bottles to go. This is a fabulous way to support Purple if you have the means to do so since the markup is up to 100% from what you find at a local wine store. If paying a 100% markup stings then take it from me, have yourself a quick internet search on prices before committing. The service here was an utter delight. Our waitress was engaging and knowledgeable about wine. She effortless described flavors and their histories. I greatly recommend Purple!

Another Pike Place Gem! Wines of Washington Tasting Room is a must try. This is easily one of the…read moremost unique tasting rooms I've been to. Amazing wines, creative cocktails, solid snacks, great service and even games. You could wander in "for one flight" and somehow emerge six hours later wondering where the time went (in the best way.) On the wine side, they offer several thoughtfully curated flights, or you can build your own adventure. Which I highly recommend. The dessert wines alone are incredible, and the selection of aromatic whites is seriously impressive. No matter your palate, there's something here that will make you pause, sip again, and nod approvingly. And then there are the wine-based cocktails that deserve their own standing ovation. A wine tasting room doing cocktails this well is rare. We tried the Espresso Martini, the French 125, and the Lavender Lemon Martini, and every single one was better than I expected grape-based cocktails to be. Like, pleasantly shocked. Bottom line: if you're anywhere near Pike Place and enjoy wine (or cocktails, or fun, or all of the above) this place is a must. I can almost guarantee it'll become your new favorite spot.
