(Pre quarantine) I had been wanting to come here for ages ! You can't miss it right in the middle of wynwood. Loved the overall vibe. It was spotless. So clean and refreshing. They have separate locked locked. As soon as you walk in you are greeted. The class was wonderful. Only downside was that I had to pay for parking. Other places in Miami. The yoga studio has an allotted lot. I will definitely come back with my class pass. Once it reopens again. I would recommend this yoga spot. Wonderful spot. Enthusiastic teachers :)

This. Studio. Is. Gorgeous. Like it's seriously beautiful and I want to move in, gorgeous. I've taken a couple classes there and both instructors have been great, although they don't adjust much, which is one of my favorite parts about yoga. The studio has lockers where you can keep everything, they have mats, yoga mat towels, & hand towels available to rent. Your first visit they provide them for you (if you don't bring your own). I bring my own. One of my favorite parts about the classes & the studio is the cold eucalyptus washcloth they place on your forehead during savasana. It smells delicious and is very refreshing. They have two bathrooms with showers. Did I say the decorating is ah-mazing? Well the bathrooms don't disappoint either! They have soap, shampoo, conditioner on the shower walls. They also have mints and hair ties in the bathroom, which is fun. Their store has a variety of yogi gift options.

Nice yoga studio, they offer several classes in their hot room so expect to sweat! They have mats and towels available if you forget yours. Place is clean and nicely decorated. Lockers and waiting area outside the classroom isnot that spacious but people can wait in the reception area. Instructors guide you to every pose and correct if necessary. At the end of class they put a wet towel on your forehead which usually smells really good and freshens you up! Definitely going back for more classes!

Loved coming to this studio! It was very clean and staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I took my first yoga class with instructor named: Julianne. She was great and clear at instructing the class. The class was open level. The rooms were heated and felt amazing! The studio has lockers, mats, and towels available. They offer a complimentary week for new students! You must try out a class, totally worth it! Will be back again soon! (:

Writing this review from my car. The experience was so terrible that I just had to let others know!

Is it easy to park there?

There is a lot of street parking around the studio (use the pay to park app)

Is the hot yoga or hot Pilates here comparable to that at CorePower Yoga? I'm trying to find Miami's version of CPY.

Hi Mia, thanks for your question! Our studio features infrared-powered panels, suspended from the ceiling. This kind of heat is very therapeutic for detoxification, improved circulation, reduced inflammation and improved (glowing!) skin. The room…

As for the workout...totally worth it, you'll feel so accomplished after!! Now for the "could use improvement" stuff... the instructor was kind of rude... not even what she said, but like how she said it. She'd correct your form like she was annoyed. Also, it's hard to hear her over the music, so everyone ends up just looking around at each other to figure out what to do. And parking... definitely give yourself extra time to find a spot because it's a bit of a hassle.

I had the chance to take Pilates Bootycamp with Starr Hawkins. WOW what a great class! Of course…read morenote the room is heated and you are moving through many moves while using weights. I have done Pilates, and barre for some time but never in a heated room. Not only was the playlist great but the guidance and correction from the instructor was well appreciated. I am not from the area and I found Starr Hawkins social media page earlier in the year through exercise posts. I am glad I did. The same radiating energy she shows on her page also comes through in her class. I look forward to getting the chance to take another one of her classes. Things to note- there's one bathroom and one shower and they are in the same room. Rental of a mat and a towel are available for $6. The staff at the front was very helpful and clear as it was my first time there. I chose a space in the back but I then realized I was next to the speaker so I probably will choose a space in the front. Also note since this is popular class and studio I would recommend you arrive early. I arrived about 40 mins before class and I have the option to choose wherever I wanted. As starting time got closer people rushed in to get a space in the front to take their videos and photos before class started.

If you haven't experienced her yet, you are missing out on a life changing transformation. I have been to 2 sessions with her and I was BLOWN away. When I met her, I was experiencing shame with my body and around sex with my husband, I had lots of guilt around having both kids via c-section, and I was having trouble breastfeeding my son - he was rejecting my breast and I was very upset about it. I also had pain in my neck and shoulders and blockages in my business. After seeing Michelle in just 2 sessions - she helped release the trauma I had in my c-section scar tissue, and unblocked my 2nd chakra. Some of the benefits I saw almost instantly were: More creativity in my business, fast manifestation of opportunities, release of the pain in my neck and shoulders, more passion and sensuality in my being, more confidence in my feminine and release of emotional pain I was holding in my body that I didn't realize needed to be processed. I saw a big change in my relationship with my body and having sex with my husband. My son reconnected to my breast the very next day after our first session. I'm also busier than I've ever been in my business. Aside from the incredible benefits I listed above- the experience itself is MAGICAL. She is authentic and a breath of fresh air. She gives her all to you during her time with you, and it takes you to another place. I also love that she's a physical therapist and energy healer, blending all with her shamanic and sound healing all into one. I am very picky about who touches my body and I trust her especially because of her anatomical knowledge.

She has really helped me open my heart, feel deeper levels of self love, and connect to the deep joy in my body and soul. At the first class I could just feel the love she has and the love it cultivated in the room. I 100% recommend working with Michelle. Enjoy the experience, grow, learn, and get into the most beautiful loving version of yourself!!

The teachers here are amazing especially Karen who teaches Fridays at 8 am. She takes very careful attention to detail in her classes and is incredibly helpful in making adjustments to your poses. Seriously?! While I do believe that there is a divine energy that all spiritual practices connect to, there is NO all encompassing magical ancient alignment between Vedic tradition and Mesoamerican timekeeping - WHAT THERE IS is modern Miami marketing that tosses two unrelated cultures into a blender, and slapping on a sparkly label, 'Galactic Signature.' If you're truly tapping into cosmic energy, a high-octane Power Vinyasa flow for the gym body ego is the last type you'd promote. This place is spiritual smoothie that manages to be culturally tone deaf to both India and the Maya simultaneously.....all while overcharging to pretend that doing extra Chaturangas because of a Blue Cosmic Hand is anything other than a workout with a heavy layer of appropriation. It must be nice to have leverage over communities that either cannot or typically do not speak for themselves. I'd LOVE to see you try this with different ethnicities and see if you'd get away with this chopping up. It seems the rock climbing and bungee jumping rattled your brains enough to think spitting out this new age b.s. was spiritual aligned and culturally respectful.
