It was small, but I had a fabulous experience. I will probably come back and try their sugar hair removal in the future. Esthetician services also provided like waxing and facials. *And I did come back! I'm getting a short Swedish with add on Scalp massage and a mini facial. I got here early to relax. They provided me with lemon water & nice Sade music playing. I had a different masseuse named Emily who stated we should use our small amount of time to focus on my trouble areas. That was a great idea!! Afterwards she put me in a robe and slippers and moved me into an adjoining room for the facial with Lindsay. I learned a lot about skincare. The room had cool lights and was pretty magical. I loved the different smells of the fruity skincare. None of the products bothered my sensitive skin. Overall, it was a very amazing de-stressing experience!! I'll be back for longer services.

We used to come to this Sport Clips location regularly, and honestly, Ernesto was the reason why…read more He consistently gave amazing haircuts for both me and my son, with real attention to detail and care. His professionalism, skill, and friendly vibe kept us coming back. But recently, we noticed he was no longer on the lineup, and our experience just hasn't been the same since. After a little searching, we were lucky enough to find his business card and reach out; turns out, Ernesto has moved to The Golden Shear! After visiting his new place at The Golden Shear, I am happy to say that he's still doing fantastic work over there! While we appreciated Sport Clips in the past, it's just not the same without Ernesto, and unfortunately that shows in the quality of cuts we've gotten since. If you were a fan of Ernesto's work (or are just looking for a great new barber), I highly recommend reaching out to Ernesto directly at 812-320-1587 and booking with him at The Golden Shear. The best part? You can now schedule appointments with him ahead of time, instead of waiting through the unpredictable 2+ hour day-of lineup like we had to at Sport Clips. It's way more convenient, and you'll still get the same great quality (if not better) in a new, relaxed setting. Sport Clips lost one of their best. We're sticking with Ernesto at his new place The Golden Shear!

I came in to get a year-old helix piercing changed from a flat-backed stud to a hoop and was told…read moreit could be done. The studio where I got it done originally put the stud on very tight. Something was clearly wrong. Instead of stopping, I went through an incredibly painful removal and jewelry change process at Evil By The Needle. I was told constantly by employee they were "sorry this is so uncomfortable," as I was biting back curses and experienced pain much worse than the original piercing. I bled a considerable amount and experienced a lot of discharge that I haven't in months. It is clear now that it has not healed (and was under stress), but that was not the impression given as the employee lightheartedly told me that I could "get away" with a hoop being put on. Original jewelry was given to me uncleaned with blood on it in a bag. I hope I am wrong but I do not trust that this type of piercing will be done properly here in general. In trying to fix it, another studio let me know the way the piercing exited my ear made it so jewelry put too much pressure on it. Serious irritation resulted. I do not blame Evil By The Needle for the mistake of the previous studio, but they should not have moved forward putting in their jewelry, which was also far too large for my ear and the seam where the hoop closed did not meet. It was jagged enough to tear up my ear further. Helix piercings can easily have complications, but my situation was not helped by my experience here. Though it is not infected, I wish I had been told the seriousness of the situation and given advice on how to proceed. I needed to start over and let the area heal. Instead, a needlessly painful situation was furthered... and they let me shop at their studio for new jewelry to put in. I seriously urge anyone getting riskier piercings to look somewhere else for expertise and guidance on their proper handling. If you have concerns get a second opinion! Mistakes like this can be serious!
